Terrible, if your insurance plan gives you options for laboratory services (routine blood draws), pick any lab but this one, is my advice. Shall I list the problems? A) Made appointment online, including my insurance information, then they still wanted to copy my insurance card; B) wrinkled up rugs on the floor at the registration desk; C) sickly, half-dead plants throughout the waiting area; D) AFTER my blood draw, they inform me that there "may be" a charge and they need to make a record of my credit card (for services covered 100% by my insurance plan! and no other lab has ever asked for any payment for this same routine blood screening); E) a dependent on my insurance plan also was going to have a long-standing (100% covered by insurance) blood screening here at Lab Corp. and they wanted a credit card for another "maybe" charge of $200. We went to another lab; pronto.

Not good you have numbers listed that do not work and your web site stinks your phone service should say first press 1 if you want to set an appointment, no answering machine or service to leave a message

The hours for the LabCorp Iowa City location are as follows: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday Drug screens from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Came on Friday 6/2 around 8 AM and what a bad customer service, employees have no manners and they are despot. Will not go back again.
