Be very careful if you see this doctor for substance treatment abuse. I took my daughter to him for treatment. He wrote a script for Suboxone without explaining the medications effect, use and most importantly exorbitant cost. The Suboxone mfrs site recommends discussing pros/cons of treatment and patient expectations. None of this was done; there are pamphlets on that site available which could provide this info at a minimum, they were not given to us. The manufacturer recommends urine and blood screening, this was not performed. When I contacted the office after discovering that the meds would be $800 monthly for a full year to ask a few questions, or in lieu of that schedule an appointment (which I would have gladly paid for) his office staff took messages daily, and promised to call back for an entire week before finally telling me that the doctor has refused to see her or give medical advice for 30 days. This despite being told that the cost of the initial treatment included 3 visits with the doctor. I have never had a doctor begin treatment for a medical issue with such a powerful medication in such an unorganized, haphazard, and uncaring manner. His office staff is either unorganized or dishonest. I have no doubt that at that 30 day visit he would write a script and make a quick exit. If you want a prescription, see this guy. If you want an ethical and responsible medical professional I strongly advise to go to one of the other certified doctors in the area.

BEWAREEEEEE!! This office is a joke.. There closed on Fridays.. They ALWAYS have sn answering service answering your calls... They have med students in your appointment everytime! They dont bother to ask if its ok or not! They have no air conditioning in the reception area. The receptionist obviously hates her job because she has a horrible Stank attitude... She should be fired with the way she talks to the doctors clients. They charge $25 to have a piece of paper filled out. They hung up on my face 3 times and everytime i called back they would have another person answer the phone playing stupid silly games but when i told them I was going over there in person to see if they would disrespect me like that in person they were FAST to send over the information i was requesting! Dont come here for ANYTHING.. businesses like this should be reported everytime they do something wrong. Im finding a new doctor ASAP!

THE OFFICE STAFF HAS NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! They told me that they were going to send my lab work order directly to the lab so the results would be done before my appointment. They never sent the order and then when I called back they told me that they dont send the orders to the lab, that the patient has to come pick them up or get it mailed. Complete waste of time!!!

Dr. Marichal is a great doctor! He is always patient and kind. Felix is always lends a ear to help tend my medical needs. I never have to wait more than fifteen minutes in the lobby to be passed to the room, where I usually only have to wait five to fifteen minutes for the doctor to come and see me. I especially LOVE his office staff!!!

Incompetent staff. The staff here have no idea what they are doing. You call them about something and they get it wrong every time. The doctor is ok. This place seems to cater more towards older Spanish patients.
