We actually had a great experience about 3 1/2 years ago when we had our cat neutered here, as of our experience today that has left our cat (the same one) dead in my arms after leaving their office not five hours later. My husband took him there because we could tell he wasnt feeling well and was acting very strange. Once arriving of course payment was their priority then our cat, they took him back and then told my husband everything looked good, told him some of the things they had done and again brought up the cost, which was going to be approximately at that time $340. They believed he was constipated and had gas but wanted to watch him a couple of hours and my husband could come back, with the money which might be more by then. While on the way home the vets office called to speak to my husband and told me they had our baby on oxygen and then of course informed me the bill was up to $450. Once my husband got home he called them back, which I told them I would have him do, and they told him the same thing. He returned to the vets office around 1 or 2 hours later, he called me after they brought our baby out and told me he looked worse, his tongue was hanging out, his eyes were wide open, and he kept moving around like he was hurting and couldnt get comfortable. They told him that was because of the gas and constipation and that they had given him some for pain and something for his vomiting and once home he should start improving! Then of course heres your bill $457. When he got home our cat just kept looking worse. My husband called them about 20 minutes before they closed told them he still meowing when he moved, his mouth still opened like he couldnt breathe etc, he then said you people gave him oxygen maybe he needed more, they then said "oh no we dont have oxygen tents so we couldnt do that" We were then told again he should start improving and if needed go to the emergency animal clinic and come in to the office in the morning when they opened. We thank you so much for nothing my cat died in my arms approximately less than 2 hours later. We paid $450 for you people to kill our cat believe me I will let everyone know this too!!!

We have used Eagles Landing Vet for several years for our 3-6 kitties.. But about a year and half ago, we thought it was time to get a Dog and after lots of research we decided on the Brave & Beautiful Doberman Pinscher.. Knowing that the Doberman could have some special medical issues with thinning Blood(VWD) that could cause the blood to not clot properly - we wanted to make sure we had all the right test performed and someone would take the time with us to understand our concerns and needs. Dr. Joey and the staff at Eagles Landing stood up to the challenge and our needs.. We since have gotten a 2nd Doberman and Dr. Joey took even more time to get to know our Keila and her special needs. When our pup had a issue before her spay surgery, precautions were taken to make sure Keila had the best possible outcome. The Office knew how worried we were with her procedure and Lots of communication was back & forth between us and the office staff & Dr. Joey. I would say that this office has taken the time to get to know the Doberman breed to help ease our concerns and we are all the Happier & Healthier For It!

This was like almost two years ago. I was reminded about this place when they sentme a card about having an annual check up today. I would never come here for any service. I left my dog there for four or five days while me and my family went out of the country and when we got back and came to pick up our dog, he was all droopy and mellowed out and we were like what the heck is wrong with him? Hes usually super hyped up to see us but all he did was wag his tail. We took him home and he didnt want to eat or drink water and he just kept sleeping for two three days straight. He would take a pinch of food and water and thats it. Ive never ever seen my dog like that and we still had to pay so much money to get my dog back to be drugged or under anesthesia the whole time. Dont trust this place all they care about is their money and not your pets well being. I feel like my dog suffered under their care. When I saw the card today it made sick and I threw it away immediately.

Thank you for following up on Jake. He started improving after his first dose of antibiotic. I was very pleased with the service provided. The office was clean, the waiting room and exam room was clean, the exam table had been wiped down, counter tops had been wiped down, floors were sweep and mopped. The environment was comfortable. The Vet and Vet Tech was so nice. They were professional and never insisted on doing expensive test. I was given options. The Vet ask me several times if I had additional questions. She never got impatient with me or my baby. The Vet Tech handled Jake with care. Jake is a very difficult min-pin, he has social anxiety and difficult to hold and they did a great job handling him. The front desk ladys were very nice and friendly as well. I like being able to request an appointment online. I was contacted in less than 30 minutes with a reply. Thank you so much for Jakes care. See you on 5/25/16.

Eagles Landing is amazing! We came here after moving to GA with out beautiful dog Trinity. She was neutered there and came home with us. They were very nice and professional. Soon after, out dog was in a horrific car accident and we werent sure she would make it. The vet was very upfront with us about the costs and the care our dog would need. Putting her down was NOT an option, so the vet did anything and everything they could to help us, including teaching us how to bandage her alone and charging us whole sale for the products we needed. She was 100% better four weeks later and has always loved coming back to the vet for follow ups. We later adopted a new dog, Klyde, who was sick with heart worms, hook worms and an ear infection. They treated him like their own. This vet is amazing!!!! They became like family to us, and we are very sad t no longer be in GA. Thanks for everything!!

These guys are great. It is not the closest vet to our home, by far, but we make the drive because theyre worth it. Theyre very professional, reasonably priced, and honest. Story time: When we first got a puppy she developed a growth on her forepaw, a local vet recommended immediate surgery and biopsy. The growth was removed and determined to be benign. A few months later, the same puppy developed another growth. We had just switched to Eagles Landing so I called them to schedule another surgery. They explained that this type of growth is really common for puppies and to bring her in only if the growth was still there after a few days. Sure enough it disappeared in only 2 days. The other vets surgery was completely unnecessary! Eagles Landing proved that day that theyre different and wouldnt do something like that.
