I have been a client with Heritage Acres for about a year now. My dogs are not only healthier, but happier too ! It is because of the level of care they provide. You are not just a number. They treat each of my dogs as an individual. As it should be. I was referred here by a dear friend, and everytime I take one of my girls for a visit, "I think Wow I should of done this long ago". Thanks Heritage Acres you guys "ROCK". Or as my dogs would say "Heres a puppy kiss for all of you !!!!" These people were so great to our beloved dog Lance. We recently had to have him put down as he was old and tired. They got us in when we were ready to let go and assisted us in having Lance cremated. We were allowed to be with our dear friend as he left this world as well as allowed time to cry and say our last long goodbye. They sent us a beautiful sympathy card signed by everyone there. I highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone looking one.

BEST VET IN TOWN! Ive been taking my dogs to Dr Lenneman for long time. He has always been professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my pets. I have a dog with double Hip Dysplasia and Dr Lenneman has gone out of his way to make sure Zeus receives the care he needs. I cant say enough about the staff. Their love for animals comes through every time Ive been to the office.

Caring and professional. Relieved to find a great vet near me who doesnt charge an arm and a leg and/ or insist on unnecessary procedures. Lost a star from me bc after Dr Lennemen offered to do barn calls and large animals, he refused to respond to an emergency barn call. Had to call a vet the next county over, and my goat died as a result of late treatment.

Brought my pitbull in because she wouldnt sit. The first thing the vet asked me if someone "booted her in the butt." I said no. I understand that he may be obligated to ask, but he kept asking. He also said that he thought her symptoms were from a trauma. Turned out she just needed her anal glands expressed. Very awkward interaction. Would not recommend.

Im really happy with everyone at the clinic. I recently took my pugs in to have their nails cut and they did a great job! They havent had their nails cut very often so the whole experience was a bit stressful. The staff allowed the dogs to "catch their breath" before proceeding - I appreciated that! Looking forward to continued care.
