If you value your time at all, do NOT go here. In April I went in for a routine eye exam and prescription contact/glasses update. The process lasted 3 1/2 hours. Well into the exam they wanted to dilate me and I declined based on the length of the already excessive appointment. I was to come back in 2 weeks to confirm prescription. Today (albeit longer timeframe than I expected) I went back in for a prescription finalization. When I asked yesterday for my medical information they told me I needed to come in. When I asked how long it would take Susan replied "no longer than 30 minutes". I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and made it clear I needed to leave for work promptly at 10:30 (a 40 minute window). At 10:20 the tech called me back to perform her initial check (why, I dont know). She informed me it would be at least another 45 minutes as it was a courtesy to fit me in and there were appointments before me. I politely informed her of my time constraints and this was imperative since I was going out of town and she replied it would be another 45 minutes. She suggested MAYBE she could ask the doctor to take 2 minutes in between the appointments to help (to which she did, and to which was declined as they called the next eye exam back). I then went to the front desk at 10:40 and told her I needed to leave. * I asked for my prescription, she said no * I asked to view MY OWN MEDICAL INFORMATION of the results for my contact lenses fitting, she said no * I asked her if the tech could write me a prescription for the old brand I was used to wearing with the new eye exam results, she said no * I asked if I could get the old contact lenses with the old prescription so it would hold me over since I was leaving Orlando and not returning until August 7th, she said no * I asked her what I could do since I had to leave and had old lenses in, she said wait to finalize - another hour Long story short, I felt held hostage. There was no suggestion of a trial pair to hold me over. There was no wiggle room. They didnt offer a resolution to find my results of my eye exam, they didnt offer to be flexible, the only thing they said was to wait... HOURS. A simple 2 minute confirmation of a prescription is all it would take to order my contacts and all in they wanted me to wait HOURS. I will NEVER go back to this location. Completely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

Awful experience. Very expensive. Doctor seemed unsure of herself. Front desk was very rude. Glasses took weeks to make and werent ready on promised date. They never bothered to call me. Glasses were so bad I could not even read with them. Prescription was incorrect. Ive been wearing glasses for 20 years but this place is a joke.

Staff is very professional, very friendly. They went above and beyond to make a bad situation right from another eye doctors office. Thank you Dr. Goncalves, Priscilla, Susan and Krista. You are awesome!
