I ordered glasses from them with the estimate that they would be done in 7-10 days, worst case scenario 10-14. 3 weeks later they had not arrived and after I called and talked to an employee, I was told that they would "be here tomorrow." After another week of waiting I called and was again told they would "be here tomorrow." Seeing as I was being treated like a fool by that employee I told her I wanted a copy of my prescription so I could get some glasses somewhere else. She then called the lab and told me they would be there in 2 days. 3 days later they finally arrived after a 4+ week wait. I was lied to repeatedly and treated like garbage. If the hold up is really at the lab then this is a problem that affects ALL Pearle Vision locations in the area and not just this one.

I felt like I was being rushed through the exam while choosing between the first or second options. Then I picked up my glasses and wore them for a couple of days only to return back to the store only to find out that they "inputted the wrong prescription into the computer". It would be nice for the person inputs your prescription into the computer to double check and then for the individual who fits your glasses upon arrival double checks these type of details prior to sending a customer home with a wrong prescription!

Very friendly staff and doctors. They spent a lot of time making sure my glasses fit properly and that they were the right prescription. I have the progressive bifocals and was having trouble at times, but it was just the alignment and they worked with me until it was just perfect. The store is very organized and it is easy to find the glasses that I liked. They have a large selection on display and of course they can always order more. I also have sports glasses and they are excellent! Highly recommended.

My husband and I would highly recommend the Pearle Vision located in Medina. Dr. Dickerhoofs exam was very thorough. We were impressed by the amount of testing and explanation she gave regarding our results. The staff was very patient, friendly and determined to find us the perfect pair of glasses. I would also recommend the Maui Jims sunglasses with bifocals, they are wonderful!

The staff here are awesome, they are always very helpful and never fail to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. I have been going here for years and have referred many of my friends. Dr. Dickerhoof really knows her stuff and is always very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

I would highly recommend. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take all the time you need to ensure the perfect glasses and fit. My old optometrist had me wearing 2 pairs of glasses. I went here and was prescribed progressive lenses which are just perfect.
