Servicio pésimo no sirven. Deben cambiar la política si le compras a un vendedor solo es a través de ellos todo no hay compañerismo entre ellos. Lousy service did not serve. They must change the policy if you buy a salesman only through them all there is no fellowship between them.

I was there 15 minutes early for my appointment. I noticed the doctor took a patient and then she saw the patients husband as well, (he didnt have an appointment) I waited patiently for 1 hour, to make the long story short another lady walked in and asked it they took walk-ins, the receptionist asked her to have a sit, then the doctor also called the walk-in first than me and told me she wont take long that she only needed pictures. I had to wait again, I spent 4 hours there, I dont think that was fair or professional. I would never go back.

I went in for an eye examination and was extremely upset with my experience. Their customer service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. After I got my glasses, I discovered they gave me the wrong prescription. I went back and they gave an attitude the whole time and told me to just let me eyes adjust to (the wrong prescription). After arguing for a half an hours, they finally reexamined my eyes! I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Had a great experience! Came in and knew what I wanted, I was helped by Nagida who was very kind. She followed up with me on time and got me started on a new pair of glasses. The price that I got from this location was definitely competitive. From the few times that I have called in the past, I was always greeted nicely and have had 0 complaints.

The woman who waited on me chewed gum (loudly) through the entire process of ordering my glasses. The prices are not competitive. They try to up sell a better eye test which is bizarre, I cannot imagine an ethnical doctor doing this.
