I had to find a new dermatologist when I switched insurance companies and found this office through the insurance site. They were accepting new patients and I was able to get an initial appointment without issue, but that is when things went downhill. I had an early morning appt and they advised I get there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork...I wasnt seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Once seen, the doctor prescribed medication and they sent it to a mail order pharmacy. I was supposed to hear from the pharmacy within 48 hours, but never did. I finally called them a week after the appt to find out the script was never sent to them, the office sent my script to the wrong pharmacy. They corrected the mistake only to find out the medication they prescribed was not covered by my insurance and they requested that I contact my insurance to find out what would be covered....It has been almost 3 weeks since my visit and I still dont have my medication. This office has a nice website and a clean office, but in my experience, terrible service. I would NOT recommend it for anyone looking for a new dermatologist.

I showed up for my appointment (I thought it was at 1:45) at 1:45, signed in and sat down. At 2:05, the receptionist called me up and asked me what time I thought my appointment was. I replied with 1:45. She replied, "oh really? It was actually at 1:30." I stood there and said, ok, Im sorry I was late then. She then told me I couldnt be seen because I was late. I told her that Ive had this appointment scheduled for awhile (probably 3-4 months) and that I drove a long way to get here. She went back to the dr, told her my predicament and came back 5 minutes later and said they were short staffed, so I couldnt be seen. The receptionist asked if I wanted to be rescheduled and I told her no thanks. I drove 45 minutes to get to my appt, rearranged my days schedule and pulled my child out of preschool 2 hours early so I could make it to my appt. I will never go back here and I would not recommend friend or family to this office either.

I LOVE this office and staff. I have had ALL Positive experiences. Dr. DeLuca was patient and understanding. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained the procedures over and over for me so I knew exactly the outcome of the procedure. To be honest I was quite frightened and apprehensive for the procedure. Dr. DeLuca I have to confess after leaving the office I am SO VERY MUCH satisfied with the outcome. You office is very professional and kind. I cant Thank you enough! I Love Hugs, so here is a cyber HUG to you ALL!

I am very impressed by the staff especially Kayla who went out of her way to help me with my tight schedule! I have now seen both doctors and both were great answering all my questions with clarity and professionalism. I have been a patient for several years so I have had multiple visits to the office and I always leave impressed by the staff.

I love the doctors and staff here! I had to have a procedure and I was very nervous, but the nurse and Dr. Sloten took great care of me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Ive been back for a follow-up and the care was as excellent as my first visit. I would highly recommend Camelback Dermatology & Skin Surgery!
