I have been coming to Acadian Family Dental for a couple of years now. Prior to that, I had spent about 15 years trying to find a dentist in Houston that I was happy with. My husband has been going to Acadian Family Dental for years and was trying to convince me to switch. However, I was hesitant, only because they werent on my DHMO plan through my job. I finally decided to switch dental plans to a more expensive PPO program, which allowed me to go to Acadian. It has been well worth the additional monthly insurance cost. I feel that the staff really tries to get to know me and they do a great job of explaining everything to me. I am not just a number to them! I have been very pleased with my experience at Acadian!

Dr. Driver and his Assistants were exceptional as always. There was a minor concern during my last procedure. In advance of the procedure, I requested my approximate cost. I didnt receive it. Therefore, it wasnt until my procedure was complete and ready to provide my co-insurance payment. I was quite surprised to find my procedure was not covered and I was responsible for approximately $2k. Not that I wouldnt have gone through the procedure. But, it would have been great to have known and prepared myself; instead of being caught off guard. Other than this instance, were extremely pleased with Dr Drivers and his Assistants care. Exceptional! We would strongly recommend anyone to him.

Very friendly, polite and courteous staff.... from the receptionist, dental assistants, Miss Sherri and my awesome dentist! Dr. Eric Perkins is the best dentist I could have ever been referred to 3 years ago!! Ill be with Acadian Dental until Dr. Perkins retires. Not sure about the previous poor review, because Im a Creole woman of color and Ive NEVER experienced racism or rudeness. Ive actually paid less on my dental work since transitioning to Acadian Dental. Another dentist had my mouth a terrible mess and Dr. Perkins fixed me up and Im always pain free. Ive gotten calls at night over the weekend to check on my progress after procedures to make sure Im comfortable and no issues.

My family and I have been seeing Drs. Perkins and Driver for over 15 years now for all our dental needs and they are fantastic. As a physician myself, I always pay close attention to how other medical offices run. This office excels in customer service. From the moment you call or arrive at their office, you are warmly greeted by Shari or Robyn. I always enjoy a nice conversation with Lynda while she does my cleaning (although I usually have some instruments in my mouth)! Dr. Perkins and Dr. Driver have performed exams, fillings and crowns on me and I have never had pain or any problems with their work. Overall, great office and great staff!

It may sound crazy to say you love your dentist, but I do. I started going to Acadian Dental about 9 years ago because it was close to my work (Reynolds & Reynolds just down the street on Hollister). Throughout my life, Ive needed a lot of dental work and its previously always been an uncomfortable experience. The folks at Acadian are good people and the dentists know what they are doing. Anytime I need work done, I feel I am in extremely capable hands with either Dr. Perkins or Dr. Driver. I havent worked in the area for 7 years. So, the location is much less convenient for me now. But I just dont want to go anywhere else.

Its hard to know where to begin. Everyone at Acadian is friendly, helpful, conscientious, courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their practice. The office is attractive, clean, and very pleasant. Unfortunately, I dont know the names of all the staff who have assisted with my husbands and my care, so I cant mention them by name. Robyn and Lynda are the best! Drs. Perkins and Driver are the most outstanding dentists weve ever seen - as people and practitioners. We count ourselves very fortunate to have found this practice. Im only sorry we didnt find Acadian before we became senior citizens!

I visited the acadian dental few weeks ago and i am still very bothered by their service and UNPROFESSIONALISM! Dont be fooled by the nice apperance of the building..the dentists who work there are money hungry and dont truly care about the patients, i was in one of the operatories and an assistant came in to tell the dentist that a patient simply had a question, the dentist replied "tell her to make an appointment". The lady on the front desk is super mean. They appear professional and honest on the outside, but its a different story inside. I think theyre just racist.

I live in The Woodlands but I truly would never consider going to a closer dentist for convenience. I takes me about 45 minutes to drive to the office but it is well worth the extra miles . From Robin at the front desk who always greets me like a long time friend, to the dental hygienist , who is so competent and never hurries thru cleanings, to the final check by Dr. Perkins who never hurries through his final exam of my teeth . This group of professionals are outstanding and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This place is amazing, I love the staff and have always been made to feel comfortable. To be able to walk into a dentist office where people smile, the chair has a view, never feel a needle, and you can listen to music, and RELAX all while caring for your teeth is amazing! I actually waited two years to go back to this clinic because I was afraid of the experience I would encounter. I love how Dr. Driver remembered me and my situation and had a plan in place to fix any issue I have with my teeth. Thank you guys!

Dr. Driver is one of the most patient and friendly dentists out there. He take the time to get to know his patients and takes the extra time to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist! Robyn, the office manager, is also incredibly organized and thoughtful. She knows my job makes it difficult to confirm appointments via phone so she texts me the day before to make sure all is good! Despite what her day may hold shes always a welcoming face at the office!

I have been going to Dr Perkins for over 20 years. My kids wouldnt go to any other dentist. Now, as adults they still will only see Dr Perkins. They have traveled as far as from Arkansas to Houston, Texas to see him. He is the best. His care for his patients is wonderful. His associate , Dr Driver is right up there with Dr Perkins, in that he takes the extra time to make sure the patient is comfortable. I give these guys a 100+. And the staff are the best you will ever meet.

These guys are the best. Perfect for the whole family. They never make you wait. The staff are very nice, easy to work with and always willing to accomdate your schedule. They stay open late for you without hesitation. Our 7 year old loves them. My wife switched from her life long family dentist to Acaidian and it was the best thing she ever did. Everyone whos ever tried them stays for life. Love this place and their staff.

I have literally been coming to Dr. Perkins for 18 years and dont plan of ever using another dentist. Very comfortable, very good work, lets you listen to music. Great atmosphere, well decorated a very inviting over all feel when you walk in. They have very nice, up to date equipment and get you in and out with in 30-45 min (depending on what you have done) Hands down best dentist in Houston all around!
