I called here to get very basic information about there services for wisdom teeth removal. They were very rude over the phone when I asked about their accepted insurance, and would not offer to give me information about what it may cost to have my wisdom teeth removed per doctors recommendation. They said that it was against the law to provide prices without them seeing me first. The dentistry I saw instead both assured me no such law exists and proceeded to get my information and happily provided me with my costs along with an estimate of the procedure I gave them. I am pretty certain this office is yet another dentistry following malicious practices to trick customers to get unnecessary procedures.

Amazing experience here at Woodlands Dental Partners! Dr. Lopp and CJ were incredibly helpful when my permanent retainer unexpectedly broke after I bit down too aggressively into a particularly sturdy pear. I called ahead and these gentlemen graciously waited for me as I raced across town to make it in before they closed. I barely made it on time and the staff here at Woodlands Dental Partners were so accommodating that they stayed fifteen minutes after-hours and saved me from the otherwise definite possibility of a very uncomfortable day before I could get it fixed. Thank you guys so much! :)

I went it to get a cavity filled (cost $220 after insurance) on Friday March 25. I get home and I can see the filling...but I can still see the cavity. I was charged for bad service. They didnt even X-ray or examine all my teeth, just the one I have noticed already had a cavity. So if I have other cavities or problems they sure didnt look for them. After this sham filling was put in, they didnt even clean up. I got home and there was dust and stuff all over that row of teeth. This company is not thorough when it comes to patient care.

AVOID THIS PLACE My wife had an extraction and bone graft on May 1, 2017. She payed in full and has yet to get her permanent bridge. They keep calling and rescheduling her. To make a long story short, its been a month and a half and her temporaries are giving her problems which means well be spending more money than we were going to. We have hired Hersom Law Firm to sue them in small claims court. I hope they read this review. the reason they reschedule her each week is because "the hygienist is out" NOT GOOD UNACCEPTABLE

Dr. Hamburg has been my Angel throughout my dental experience. At first, I was very nervous because I was getting my four front teeth done. I loved how nice and caring he was as he explained everything he was doing.I highly recommend Dr. Hamburg. He is funny, caring, and an over all good person. A lot of things happen to me; sometimes I think Im not normal :) I always say " No matter what life throws at me, the one thing no one can take away is my smile" . Thank you very much for everything!!! I will see you next week.

DO NOT GET DENTAL WORK DONE AT THIS PLACE They make you pay IN FULL before anything is done. Most dentists make you pay half before the procedure & the other half after completion but now then. Its been almost two months and I have yet to get my permanent. My temporary is giving me trouble & it looks like Ill need more dental work than i originally did. They keep rescheduling me for no reason. They took my money and Ill go to the furthest extent of the law to get it back.

Look guys, this practice is more expensive than some of the others, but as they say, you get what you pay for. I had a quack dentist years ago & every year at a minimum I was back at a new dentist getting "repairs" at least until I found this place, been good as gold for years now on the same repairs. Get my cleanings etc. here. Ive never experienced anything but professionalism, great customer service & quality work. These guys & gals go the extra mile.

I was introduced to Dr. Lopp by a co-worker and I will never go anywhere else. Every other place I had been to , the dentist did not seem to care just as long as they got paid. Dr. Lopp cares for his patients and the staff is extremely nice and considerate. He is also great with children.

I Started Getting my teeth done on june 22, 2015 and they still have not completed any of the work! Worse Ive ever seen . They were paid up front, and they are still procrastinating. I have a call in to another Dentist as of today.
