Worse office ever. They are a business people not doctors. 3 visits for the same issue in one week with 3 charges. Great business model, lets diagnose the issue wrong every time, and let the patient come back and pay again over and over and over. Not honest, talked to them before the second visit, they agreed to be a follow up without a charge, but guess what, once they have your insurance number (even they dont have a copy of it) they would start charging you, no matter what. Still complaining from the same issue, and still asking to come back and pay again ... Sorry thieves, you would be out of business soon

I had a great experience here! I let my contact lens prescription expire and they got me in right away, sent me home with a pair of lenses while I waited for my order to come in. The front desk ladies were nice, even though I wasnt on the schedule, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. I went over to the glasses area and they were super busy, but greeted me and asked me if I wanted my insurance checked. It was nice to be able to get everything taken care of at one time and deal with positive people. Everyone was so busy but made me right at home. Procrastinators like me appreciate you all.

Best decision I have ever made, to have Snoqualmie Valley Eyecare manage my vision health. After undergoing laser surgery, I am not nearly 20/15 vision and enjoying a level of freedom from glasses I had never imagined. The staff is always friendly, very helpful in answering questions, letting me know how my insurance will handle things, etc. The doctors are super good at explaining everything in as much detail as you need and in a way that makes sense. Highly recommend them!

Sorry to had to deal with this business. Since I care about my family, this business is now black listed. It was first time for me to deal with them, rude, not professional, not family friendly, ... etc At the beginning, I thought it is a health provider, where I can trust them for my family, but later on, I did recognize that they just looking for my money more, and dont care about our health, nor customer satisfaction.

I loved my experience at Snoqualmie Valley Eyecare! I was a first time patient last month and honestly cant say enough good about them. Every person I encountered was kind, professional, timely, and knowledgeable. From the secretary, MA, Technician, the woman who worked in the optical store, and of course Dr. Duvall- all were awesome. If I have any need to go get care for my eyes in the future, I know where Im going.

I can SEE CLEARLY it was a great choice to visit North Bend. The best prescription I have had and in renewing my prescription it remained the same again. Great service all around and everyone is helpful. They do get busy at times, so if you pick out your glasses before you have your eyes dilated it is an awesome way to go and much easier to pick through the choices.

While traveling I got a contact stuck up under my eyelid. Snoqualmie Valley Eye Care saw me without a wait, removed the contact, checked my cornea for abrasions and didnt charge me. They refused to take a tip. When you are traveling in a place where you dont know anyone this is the kind of interaction that restores faith. Thank you all so much!
