I have been using this facility for 10 years. Besides my having the best, most attentive Doctor on earth (Andrew Hwang).The nurses and all the support team are the most professional as well as friendliest people I know . An excellent appointment staff working with and for you.The pharmacy staff goes out of its way to insure. that your prescriptions are accurate and safe and you are treated like family, I believe I may have a schoolboy crush on at least two of them . They make you remember what a neighborhood clinic is about. Even the security people maintain a reassuring attitude . A business office that actually wants to assist you .Last what I call the "wellness team "on the first floor make it easy to get a blood pressure check,monitor your weight and provide all kinds of help for people that need instruction and or inspiration. Including the nutritionist that has gone too many extra miles to help me . Thank you all.

I am new to Kaiser, and so far, it is spectacular. I heard so many positive things about Kaiser in general, and now I am experiencing it. My first visit, I was treated like a "king"! Everyone was nice and helping. Their attitude is just overwhelming. Very friendly staff. They are ready to walk you through anything you dont understand. The pharmacy.... oh dear God! I never seen such an officiant staff like that! The line just keeps moving no matter how long it is. One of the clarks was .... a machine! I think she helped 5 customers in less than 2-3 minutes! I dont know her name or I wouldve mention it because she is awesome. Even the security guy is friendly! I am amazed

While this office doesnt have all of facilities that some of the larger locations do, the plentiful parking alone makes it a better choice whenever possible. I have never had to look for parking for more than 2 minutes. There is also considerably less traffic in this area than around the San Jose or Santa Clara offices.

Went once with my wife, after her doctor moved to Campbell from Santa Clara. Its a small place and slower service compared to Santa Clara.
