My wife has visited the Hayward Office on 4 occasion and Fremont office on one occasion. Initially on first visit by appointment was seen by doctor Khan who had coursed a bone density test and mammogram test.All her test were completed more than 2 months ago and after that the doctors office had not contacted my wife. My wife has Obama care, made several attempts to contact the doctor and all attempts has been denied by doctors heartless staff. The answer like always is a NO. These people have no empathy for the patient, and I guess the patients are merely just numbers. I am definitely getting another primary care doctor after today. Poor communication, extremely poor listening and understanding skill, very unhelpful. I bet there are many many more patients who are totally frustrated with their office

I got both my scopys done by him just yesterday. He was prompt on time, actually reached 5 minutes before to make sure the check-in process was smooth. Then I was wheeled in and slept through the process without realizing the procedure was completed and were rolling me out.. He is an amazing gastro doctor who has a very sharp and intelligent thinking mind to correlate various factors to diagnosis correctly the root cause. He is just an amazing doctor with a gift to cure patients !!

Friendly but hopeless doctor. Went to him with pain in joints and he had all tests done with no advice other than ibuprofen. Next doctor I went to was able to diagnose my Vitamin D deficiency and resolved issue in less than half the time it takes to MEET Dr. Bhandari.

Worst Dr ever. I took my mom to see him twice. And every time, he was late. We waited more than two hours for him to show up. I would never recommend him to anybody.

Safer to go to free clinic. Just the waiting room (Hayward office) speaks volumes. Scariest waiting room ive ever seen. Save yourself. Had appt. waited 4 1/2 hours.

Horrible service!!!!!! I came walk in at 2:45pm waited until late 6:30pm. No experience at all!!!! Can the city close this place!!!
