I had this experience with them so many times there lunch hours are from 1:30pm to 2:30 pm but their phone always starts back again around 2:50pm or later... Even today its already 2:57pm still they are not in the office. But thing is even if say the staff doesnt care. We like Dr. Sachdeva and have been using their services for last 6 years but the staff is nurses are very unfriendly to be in pediatric office.

My son is now a married man with a child of his own and when he went to Dr. Sachdeva, he didnt want any other doctor. Eventually the doctor told him he was getting to big for a pediatrician and he needed to find another doctor. If my son lived in the area, he would take his own child, not yet three years old, to Dr. Sachdeva.

My Grand daughter had a horrible experience if I had been there with her nice mom I would have hit him for the way he shoved the Q tip large one up her nose f#$% this place!

My son has never been comfortable there. The doctor is too professional and doesnt plays or engage the child. I am changing my doctor.

All 3 of our kids see Dr. Sachdeva. He is SO thorough and his staff is just on top of it especially the curly haired girl ☺
