This clinic is not very honest. We went to a preventive check and we expect all check items should be covered in our insurance, but when we got our bill, theres an item EKG is not in our coverage and we are charged. When we do the EKG test we are not informed that this is not included in the PPO preventive check coverage, though the doctor might think its necessary and our test results are normal, were never told that this check is not included in the preventive check of our insurance company. When we got our bill all they want us to do is to argue with the insurance company by ourselves, the first time we called them, they said they hadnt got the receipt yet, but the receipt actually came out on the insurance website already. Also, when we called, the one who answered didnt want to tell us whether EKG is a regular check in their preventive check list for everyone or therere some specific reasons for they to do such a test on us. They just said "you need to pay no matter what". And they already know that this check is only covered by EPO, not PPO. I wont choose this clinic as my family doctor. They dont think from the patients side!!!

Dr. Lin is great and our family have been going to him for 8 years now. He is always very courteous and very professional in his medical opinion. You would never feel you are being rushed out of the clinic. The staff are also very thoughtful and considerate. They always call you to remind you when an appointment is up, not some voice machine. Overall, I rate this practice an excellent place for you and your familys overall health.
