I walked into the doctors "office," and promptly walked out. The first sign of a problem was when I walked in the main waiting area, where there was no receptionist, no computers, nothing to indicate a legitimate business. No evidence of records, which by normal veterinary standards, are kept on computers. Just a notebook to serve as a sign-in sheet, and a couple of other customers who told me I was at the right place. When I went back into the vets office (which felt like a converted closet -- no joke), I was hit with the strong smell of cat urine. When I questioned the doctor about this, he said it was coming from the kennel and motioned to the closed door behind him. I asked him again, "why does it smell so strong?" He said, "someone must have gone in the cage." Ive spent time as a volunteer for the Humane Society, and even with a good 20 dogs and plenty more cats in residence, it never once smelled like that, because we kept it clean. And we werent veterinarians -- we were unpaid volunteers. I see plenty of positive reviews here, but the bottom line is that if a place isnt kept to a minimum standard of cleanliness, its not safe for any kind of medical treatment. I found this whole experience very upsetting. I dont know whats going on over there, but it isnt appropriate for a vets office.

Used to go to the clinic for years. Friendly doctors who really likes likes our pets. Prices are reasonable and care professional. They dont prescribe unnecessary expensive tests and do only what actually needed for treatment. They also provide you with medicine, in most cases, so you dont have to make an extra trip to the drug store. Some people in reviews complaint about absence of computer. Health of pet more important then its computer record. Yes, they are keeping records in old fashioned way, but it pleasant to see history written by carrying hand, then couple lines on a cold computer screen. Never forget to send postcard with reminder about shots.

I love this place. The vet here is really patient with my dogs and it was the first time my dogs werent going nuts about a vet touching them. He lets you stay with your dog while he examines him/her. He will give you his opinion and options about what needs to be done. He will do his best to make sure the absolutely necessary is done without killing your wallet. I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a kind vet who will give you the best information and treatment possible.

I have been going here for years, primarily for the reasonable rates, and my sister in law for years before me, because she loved the veterinarians and the old fashioned kind of charming facility. Yes they are not the latest in automation, but I would definitely not judge them by that. Better to look at the flowers out front, and the care they show the animals (as well as their rates). They are very good.

Very nice people and they truly love animals. The prices are very reasonable and the hours vary, so check the website. We come back because its exactly what we need, no frills and great service. Stella loves them

Love Dr. P but always closed even during its business hours. Been thinking of switching for years and finally did. Love that it is exactly as it was when I first started going there in 81!
