The Dr.s and nursing staff have always been great, but unfortunately thier billing department is completely incompetent and the office staff are usually extremely rude and unknowledgable or have been trained incorrectly when it comes to billing. They are inconsistent. We have a co pay. Sometimes they ask for it, sometimes they dont. We get charges that are insurance has told us should have been covered and we should not have a remaining balance. We get charged twice as much as other clinics or inconsistently for labs. We have had to overpay several times just to shut them up. SO unfortunately the front desk and billing department has forced us to seek out a different pediatrician for our child because we are just fed up with the inconsistency and shady billing system.

Their billing department has the most incompetent people on staff.... I didnt receive anything about a bill I owed from December. Then in April, I received an aggressive letter saying that if I didnt pay soon my account would be sent to collections. When I called to try to figure out what happened, the woman on the phone made every excuse in the book... "its USPS fault, its your fault you didnt pay, we cant worry about every overdue account." Very crappy way to handle a business. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Dr Christopher Climaco best pediatrician i have ever seen. My daughter needed to be seen urgently for fever and Dr Climacoworked her in that day . Turned out she was very anemic and sent us to Vanderbilt childrens hospital immediately blood transfusions.His diagnosis was spot on with just a CBC and very thorough history. Iron deficiency anemia and viral illness. Dr Climaco figured that out with one visit. Took Vanderbilt nearly 24 hours to tell me the exact same thing. HE IS THE BEST!

Dr staff has always been good, but office people are horrible. Every time we go, there are billing issues. 1 week, you go in and pay co-pay and you owe some from last visit but nobody can tell you why you owe it. Go ahead and pay it. Next time you go in, its the same thing again. Also, if you call to try and reschedule an appointment, they will cancel your current one since you asked. Regardless of if they have another appointment to give you or not.

We absolutely love Dr Climaco and Mariah Reams. They are very good with my baby girl. And the nurses are very friendly as well. I also love that they have a pharmacy on site so that i dont have to worry about having to make another stop when she is sick.
