We took our kids in for a check up and shots and while trying to speak to the doctor Pedro he completely ignored us and was going on about how we didnt understand about insurance. So on the next appointment I asked to see Vicky as we were irritated with the unprofessional behavior of Pedro. The nurse could not find the babys shot records, then she did after I expressed my displeasure. We waited for over one and half hours and I finally had to go. We since got a letter in the mail saying they no longer want to be the kids doctors So after speaking to April the office manager, it is apparently their policy that if you leave, they will just leave you high and dry no matter how long they make you wait.

I dont even want to give a 1 star rating for this doctors office. I had taken my daughter to be seen by Dr. Baula and she diagnosed her with an ear infection and she had done no further testing. I took her to urgent care the next day and she was diagnosed with RSV, upper respiratory infection, double ear infection and a sinus infection. I would not recommend anyone to take their kids there!

I wouldnt even give this office 1 star but I had no choice. My son was diagnosed with leukemia and had a SILENT lung BUT they dismissed him and sent him home not once but twice saying he had just a cold in a 3 week span. Took him to the ER and was sent to St Jude in Memphis the SAME day! NEVER take your child/children here!!!!

I would not recommend them to anyone, they are the worst doctor we have had. They are rude, careless.once you question them about your kids care, they let you go. They will send you a letter in the mail to get a different doctor. They are very slow, always are mad, its not about the child her its all about them. Do not go here!!
