Extremely pleased with the Ped services. The lobby and visit rooms are clean, friendly staff. We have been visiting for 2 years and NEVER had a problem. I am surprised with some of the comments posted by other reviewers. We have 4 children ages 2-8 and they are always treated in a friendly manner. Dr. Ciaccio is AMAZING and is a mom herself (unlike some Docs who have only "book knowledge" and no experience of having children). They do their best to care for your child. They always listen, and give us appropriate advice (instead of sending us to ER right away like most Docs). They follow up with a call to make sure kiddos are doing okay. We have lived in 4 different states, seen many Peds. This office is no doubt the best experience we have so far. I would highly recommend this office to folks living in Greenwood area. Tthis is the 3rd Ped office we have taken our kids in Greenwood and we LOVE it. No more Doc searching !

Their new office is big and inviting and Dr. Roscoe is a very nice person. The staff can be a little less than caring, but not a huge deal. My main issues, and why I transferred my son away, was that Dr. Roscoe seemed to be in a hurry each time we saw him. Im not too naive to realize that the doctor cant spend all day with me and my son. However, this was way too quick when we had legitimate health concerns. The final straw was when my son came down with a severe full-body rash while on an antibiotic and before even seeing him, Dr. Roscoe assumed it to be viral and would hear nothing else of it. As it turns out, it was an allergic reaction to the antibiotic and its a good thing we chose to stop those treatments because who knows what wouldve happened had we not. This to me was not quality care.

Dr.Roscoe and Dr.Ciaccio are very nice and try to do their best by the kids who visit them. I didnt necessarily like the question if we attended church either but they do advertise themselves as christian oriented. I was concerned recently when I called the office and asked for records on my child ( had to leave a message since it was lunch) and they faxed them over without a signed release form. I work in healthcare and parent or not usually this has to be done. Also the staff when Ive been there has usually been less than patient friendly. I dont know if we will continue going.

Dr. Roscoe is AMAZING!!!! Anyone needing a pediatrician should see him. He is a christian man with a family, really cares about kids and their best interests, the office staff is so nice and always willing to help, and you can call day or night and the doctor or nurse practioner is willing to help.

Love, love, love this place. We wouldnt take our kids anywhere else. Caring, knowledgeable, quality, and loving staff all wrapped in a scenic, kid friendly environment. This place is a blessing.

Dr. Roscoe is to carefree and doesnt act like he actually cares. I also dont think its right of them to ask you if you attend church.
