Editing this from five stars to one. The girls at the front desk do not know what they are doing. They try charging me a co pay and then claim Im not eligible to have any more work done. I called my insurance and was told I do not have a co pay and I have dental coverage. The ladies at the front desk told me they will more than likely cancel my apt even though it was for a free redo of a tooth that they needed to fix because my insurance was " not eligible". So Ive gone to a new dentist who has no problems with running my insurance through the correct portal and find out that i have several cavities that were easily spotted. They had to replace fillings east indy dental care has done. I would suggest getting staff that know how to run and process insurance properly. The staff and such are friendly but that doesnt help if they dont know how to do their job.

There are many dentists closer to our home since we moved last year ,however I choose to drive there ,because they are so nice,fast, and efficient ,they are good with scheduling,the people that work there just really are so personable they make you feel very welcome there.its not probably in the best location ,surrounding area is not the greatest, parking lots all tore up but thats not what were going there for its the people who make the difference really, they are really good at any dental.work theyve done on my son,and he even likes them there,and he absolutely hates going to the dentist!!! So yes I definitely recommend this office , thanks everyone at East Indy Dental

Since my first time visiting Dr. LeClere i could tell something was special. Between her and her well trained staff they have proved to me that they are amongst the elite crowd of dental practitioners in Indianapolis. When it comes to my health/ body i tend to ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research, and while i was there they all seemed to be over joyed to answer anything i had to ask. They provide a great service, and a great atmosphere. Dr. Leclere and here staff come highly recommended by me, and Im sure after you go in for an appointment you will see what i saw and recommend them also.

Nice staff but not so good work. I first sent my kids and they complained about how rough they were, I thought they were just whining until I scheduled an appt for myself. The dentist LeClere is very gentle but her staff is the very opposite. After filling my cavities I had to go back twice because the work wasnt done properly. That was a year ago and I still dont feel confident that they fixed the problem. Shifted my teeth more if anything. A bunch of friendly blondes with rough hands. Not a good experience for my family. Beware.

Dr. LeClere understands that people dont care how much she knows until they know how much she cares. Its hard to put into words, but you will know what I mean within seconds of meeting her: Dr. LeClere is one of those special people who just makes you feel at ease. Great chairside manner aside, Im pretty sure Dr. LeClere is a dental prodigy, like the type of person who started studying teeth as a young child; she just seems to always have the best answer, even when I try to stump her.

This place is nothing more than a ghetto dentist but with higher prices. They only want to pull teeth that dont need it. When you go to a different dentist and they tell you something totally the opposite you know they are scamming people. The x-rays they took couldnt even be used by a different dentist they were so bad. They charge you, send you home and you have to chase them down for any info. Lousy dirty office in a run down building. Avoid at all cost!

The friendly staff here at East Indy Dental Care are very warm and welcoming. They care personally about my dental hygiene and actually make me want to go to the dentist. I appreciate very much how intelligent and knowledgeable Dr. LeClere is. I feel well cared for and would recommend East Indy Dental Care to any Hoosier who is in need of a new dentist.

Dr. LeClere and the entire staff were so friendly and accommodating. They all made me feel so comfortable. I had only been to the dentist once in the last 13 years, so I needed extensive work. My mouth feels absolutely amazing after my appointment! After going there, I dont know if I could ever go the dentist anywhere else and I highly recommend it now!

My 18 year old son came here for a second opinion and thank God that he did! We went to another dentist that said he had 5 cavities, & East Indy did a full set of X-rays for free and they said he had only one tooth that may become a cavity. The office was clean, the staff was very friendly and the dentist was awesome!

This place is amazing. All of the staff is professional and friendly. Not only that but they are efficient at what they do. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for or in need of a new dentist! Plus, they are great at handling anxiety problems. Give them a call and youll see what I am talking about!!!

Nice, friendly... They really care about the health of you teeth and gums. I have had several visits. I hadnt had dental care since I was about 14. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. They have been great! They have my teeth looking better than they ever have. They take HIP which is also a plus!

Very professional staff as well as cost effective without insurance. Dr. LeClere was amazing. Im not a fan of dentists or needles. She put me at was, spoke to me as a person and not just a patient. Icing on the cake is I didnt feel a thing. Would definitely go back for any upcoming dental issues.

Best dental experience. The entire staff was accomodating, knowlegable, and kind. Dr. Leclere took the time to explain all of my options about my treatment, and was gentle and caring during my procedure. I am so glad I found this office... I would 100% reccommend it to all my friends and family.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled ,3 of them had to be drilled out, and didnt feel a thing!!! Great people and willing to work with your needs. Will definitely be going back for more frequent care. This has been my first dentist in my adult life, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This dental office is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The inside of the office is very nice with new equipment. Dr LeClere is the best dentist that I have every had. She has an amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. LeClere and her staff are honest, caring, and knowledgeable. No one likes to have any dental problems, but this office will guide you through the process and put you at ease. My children love them too. Highly recommend!
