This is a word of warning to EVERYONE who uses this place, calls it convenient, or thinks that just because the staff are "friendly" it is okay to go here. I got suckered in as well. They burned me, badly. I went here one too many times and got too comfortable and they showed the amateur fly by night nature of this place quick. Please, BE WARNED. I have been to this location several times due to how late they stay open. Well, each time I have experienced incredibly long wait times and incredibly long times in between treatment. The dentists talk to you, do 5 minutes of work, and then go do something else for a while. Most of the time I hear the majority of dental assistants talking and laughing or discussing random stuff that has nothing to do with dental work. I was able to tolerate most of this, however, because they always took care of me in the long run and fixed my issues for a good price and took care of my insurance issues each time. However, the last time I came here for a serious procedure, two cavities and a crown. One of the cavities was left open in my mouth in my top right molar that they did not fix. The dental "assistant" that was filling my teeth had no idea what she was doing and had to ask the dentist for advice WHILE she was filling my teeth. The doctor finally came in and started doing some of the work for her, and helping her "patch" me up. Mostly showing her by example. The tooth job he patched up is still sensitive because they left a small hole in the filling. This was on top of the hole they had already left in my top right molar. When I was getting my permanent crown put on, I addressed the fact they had left a gaping hole in my molar and the dentist immediately tried to say they just "missed it," when I know first hand she simply drilled my tooth and didnt fill it in properly. I am sure he said something like that because he was worried about malpractice, and they made it clear they "werent charging me" for the filling. Thats because I already paid for it - they just didnt finish it and left it open. I have never experienced this at ANY medical service before and I am completely shocked the assistant that did that was still working there. On to the bite adjustments for the crown, after multiple visits to get my tooths bite adjusted, the bite is still slightly off and I simply gave up and am taking medicine almost every other day now for my tooth aches from the bite adjustment being off. Each time I went in I was hoping they would finally take care of the bite but they simply made it worse in other areas. This is on top of the sloppy job they did filling my other two cavities, because the lower cavity will still hurt pretty often and the patch job they did on the top right molar aches constantly. I feel a lot of pain in between my teeth where I felt no pain before they messed with that area. My guess is that leaving it open and exposed for so long really messed it up, and I have been taking Tylenol almost daily for a month now, since the first night of this procedure and now long after the "last" procedure. Please, be warned. You may go here and get LUCKY, but thats all. You are playing Russian roulette going to this dentist, and I will never be back. They hurt me big time, and leaving a cavity open for so long could have done permanent damage to my tooth pulp or nerve, I have no idea, and I will hopefully find out when I talk to the next, real practice dentist I go to.

This place is expensive because its a walk-in dentist and sometimes things happen that need immediate assistance. You pay for the convenience. I will give the staff credit, they are VERY nice, and the actual root canal was done accurately. Its held up well. So yay for that? My issue is that I called to make sure they had time to do a root canal. They said yes, and when I got there the place was empty. This is great, right? We can get this thing done! Yay me. From the time I sat in the chair until the time I left, it was FIVE hours. They kept taking patients all afternoon when they clearly couldnt tend to all of the patients. If you dont have time to take someone, tell them to come back later, set up an appointment, whatever. If this is a first come, first served type of service, then dont leave me in a dentist chair for hours while you go do other procedures for patients that showed up after me. They would literally give me a shot, drill for a bit, leave to do something else, come back, drill some more, go do another procedure, do x-rays, leave to do something else, come back, drill a little, come back, give me more numbing shots because the others started to wear off, etc. This went on for five hours. Five hours of my mouth being held open with a contraption. Five hours of the rest of my mouth being covered with a rubber guard. Five hours of trying not to swallow a bite block. Five hours of trying to breath through my nose and not choke to death every time the assistant thought it would be a good idea to suction my throat. This is the absolute worst medical experience Ive ever had and thats saying a lot.

Monday 12/7/15 @ 8:05 p.m. - I am a UPS driver and since this is peak season, I do not have the availability during the week to go to my regular dentist. I have been having severe jaw pain and upon making a delivery to the ImmediaDent on Taylorsville Road in Louisville, KY, they were willing to take me back to do an x-ray (said it would only take 5 minutes) to see if there was a problem. As I was not able to do that during my work hours, they advised I go to the ImmediaDent in Clarksville, close to my home as they are open until 9:00 p.m. I arrived there at 8:05 p.m. and was immediately turned away with the information that they did not have time to do anything for me. If the Taylorsville Road office could do an x-ray in 5 minutes, Im not sure why they couldnt assess me in 55 minutes. My wife called the Clarksville location the next morning (12/8/15 @ 10:00 a.m.) and spoke to the office manager and she said that is not their normal practice but if they had people in the back, they would not have seen me, I would need to come in a little earlier. Very disappointed in the fact that they are an Immediate Dental Care Center that is open until 9:00 p.m. but could not see me for even an x-ray. In my opinion, the girl who was working at the desk, acted like she needed to get out of there and just turned me away.

Please dont go there and waste your money and time. They are super greedy they dont have any care for you and always try to snatch money from you. I just went there first time for regular cleaning. They took all X-rays for no reason and pushed me to do a deep root cleaning ( never do that) and said I need a filling too. I went through deep root cleaning and all the problems seems to start there. My tooth became sensitive and after filling on my upper jaw teeth it became highly sensitive.Their doctors are highly unprofessional and seemed un experienced. After visiting several times to fix my sensitive tooth it never got fixed. They said in 6 months it will recover now it has become over a year a still have sensitive teeth, Now after a year I have started feeling pain on my upper jaw. whenever i drink a normal water when it touches the teeth a sharp shooting pain travels up on my jaw. Every time i go visit them they ask money. They have no solution for me now. They have ruined my teeth. their bills are always high. I am going to see another clinic. They should be banned and sealed..
