God Morning!!! Sat Appointment. Great Place for Children to feel at ease to have dental Care.Staff go beyond their way to explain Any Procedures or Any Questions or Concerns a Patient may have. Jay is a Excellent Hygiene Assistant working on Becoming a M.D. manager Mr. Bradley definitely can tell he Values Employees & Excellent team work. Always eager helps with front desk & phones. Lee M.D. love how she explains the procedures to the patient very great at what she does. Be wise Parents with finding the procedure that fits well for Youre child. Every child is different. Can tolerate pain differently when it comes to Lidocaine. My Son is 4 years old definitely can tolerate pain. With said the Dr. Lee Found two small pot wholes in is back molars. He needed a filling! Now the Dr, Jay did explain Did I want my son four Quad numb or two top portion? I said the four being its his first procedure I didnt want him to feel anything. Procedure was great fast 15-20 Mins tops no Crys Big boy...That was the wrong thing as A parent to numb my son whole mouth. He bit down on his lip during the procedure which I noticed his left side was swollen before we left and mentioned it to Jay, he explain this may occur it should go down by tonight. After leaving the place a idiot ran the Light Almost ran my family into two light pulls kept going...Angels were on are car. Which I love the Place wrong Area hay Poverty areas need service as well. As we made it safely home had my son immediately gargle with warm salt water, put peroxide to clean his lip then applied Vaseline for moisture. That night being Sat Dec 13 his lip swelled put a ice. Son went to sleep never in tears or pain no need for medication. Sunday came warm water & salt White blister had formed from the night, which means fluid is in it. later that day healing process took place blister turned brown soft tissue,so I cleaned it one more time with peroxide as I saw little blood. As a concern mother came Monday I didnt allow my son to go to school. Being Im a X-ray tech/Phlebotomist Im still not a Dr. My Sister which is a Doctor had yet to call me back. I was not able to get him in to the dentist via I I was severely ill the night before, also via kool Smiles is often busy. I needed to make an Appt. Walk-ins are permitted, yet they close at 5pm.Dr will not take Any Patients after 4PM. Which is truly understandable we All have are personal lives. Once spoke with Mr.Bradley they gave Dr. Lee my son fill called me back to explain what may have occurred for me to fill at ease I strongly Believe. I still wanted to bring him in in person is better than over the phone. An appointment was made the next day at 9am arrived on time in & out Jay explained to me what happened which was he bite down on his lip just like a scab forms a layer when healing process occurs. No more peroxide just warm salt water keep Vaseline which I had been applying from the star. Gave us a Return to school Note date of service slip. we were Thankful since then my son lip has almost completely healed he has great skin only been a week. Thank You Kool Smiles for Youre service Only thing I think Company needs to work on his not to Cancel Appointments without Any explanation Patients are required to reschedule or explain why. Great thing Also Parents they also specialize in Adults from 8-1pm on M-Thur via the safety of Children Patients

Horrible service for child with disability. We remained in the lobby for about two hours. I was immediately told that the visit could not happen unless I was willing to pay cash, because her medicaid was having issues. I tried calling medicaid, but since it was mlk day, it was closed. I insisted they continue with the appointment and assured them that medicaid would cover it. When we finally got inside, it was more waiting. And waiting. And waiting. The assistants and even one of the doctors could not stop griping about working on a holiday. They were complaining about the pay on holiday. They were more concerned with getting a break than tending to waiting patients. My daughter is five with a developmental disability, so when we finally got to the xray, she struggled. One of the assistants criticized the way i held my daughter, even though it was the way the woman xraying told me to. They tried and she struggled some more. Even though they got the top set of teeth done, they sent us out to wait and then told me it would probably be best to refer her elsewhere. I insisted on getting other options, and they rescheduled. They mentioned to each other that Regina was their last patient, and they clearly were more intent on clearing everyone out than giving the best care possible. She didnt even get a damn cleaning. If me OR my insurance gets a bill, there will be problems. There was NO service.

I have a broken tooth in the back that is and old filling so the first visit they consulted me and sent a medical conformation to my doctor for I have high bp but Im on medication for it. I also told them Im very scared and nerves. They gave me a second appt for two weeks later.I came and someone was checking in so I went to restroom I came out to sign in they said I need to make another appointment cause I y late. It was only a few minutes after appt time. They made e and appt for two weeks later. I came to the appt they took my no it was a little high but that cause I was nervous and shaking. They then sent another request to my Dr asking if it was ok to continue.he she said yes and she sent copies of my meds and med rec. They still made me a.other appt saying they need to talk to the Dr. My Dr did undersr why and I in pain nervous. So my Dr recommend me to a dentist for this has gone on to long

Please Do Not make your child go through what mine did! My son had his first dentist appointment with them yesterday and it was awful! They was too firm with him, yelled at him, used strong physical force and was going to use restraints just to take an X-ray! They had four women and one man trying to hold him down at once while yelling in his face! Screaming at him while telling me to leave him alone so they could do what they wanted. There was no way I was leaving my son! He was terrified and traumatized! I will never do that to my baby boy again! I will be lucky if I ever get him to trust a dentist again because of them. Needless to say we left there immediately and will NEVER go back to kool smiles again! Please do not go there.

PARENTS,Please be careful, look into what they are telling you,if it seems odd check it out.Took my oldest in for a small cavity, small procedure, they proceded to tell me my daughter would need a 1 inch stainless steel rod in her gums, because of this so called cavity.I took her for a second and third opinion to another dentist and her orthodontist and found out that it was a simple in and out procedure just like I had expected and nobody could understand why she would have needed anything put in her gums, after speaking with her insurance company I was informed that this happens more then people think so they can bill insurance companies for more..be carefull
