So.. a little over a month ago.. I was searching for a dentist.. Im from California, new to Kentucky; only being here over a year... so I had a few bad experiences, I only have Medicaid at the time.. so Im already thinking I wont be treated that good anyway.. so I hear about Portland Dental.. while reading a bad yelp complaint on someone else! Lol.. so I called! I had a damage front bottom tooth.. among many other issues.. I can tell you that a month later.. my smile is back on track! I had a partial made.. and they went above and beyond.. until I was completely satisfied! He is honest with you! He cares about how you feel! Most of all gentle.. and Im taking the whole family! Prices are reasonable.. payment plans/options.. Im happy and smiling! And its been years since Ive down both! Dr. Mitchell is life!

Extremely rude receptionist I dont advise you take your children there for any reason. I couldnt even have my 7 year old go back for my appt. Sad and pathetic. 1 star is 1 star too many. And I will be taking my complaint further than a Google review.

By far the best dentist experience Ive had in my life. Everyone is so caring and down to earth. Even though my teeth were extremely challenging, Dr. Mitchell didnt give up, and made sure I didnt feel any pain
