I would have waited longer, as once I entered their office, it smelled so wonderful, and was so comfortable and homey. Carleen was wonderful while cleaning my teeth, patient and gentle. She was also very informative, educating me on a couple of things that other dentists staff seem too busy to care. She cared all the way from hello to goodbye. My teeth felt and looked extra terrific! Dr. Williams was kind and professional during his review of Carleens cleaning, and the mouth cancer evaluation. Ill certainly return. The gals at the front were great, too! Thanks all, see you in October!

Extremely friendly staff take the time to get to know you. Dr. Williams never fails to engage you in conversation while he goes about his work, and he and the staff always fully explain the work they are doing and what may remain to be done. They will also always explain the charges for all work and are sensitive about budget concerns and willing to be flexible in scheduling to help you make the most of your insurance benefits. Absolutely the best dental team Ive ever had. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Williams and his staff are very friendly, patient & professional. They explain each step as they work on you. They make sure the patient is comfortable & relaxed. The office staff is always friendly. They are great at giving you a quote about what you have to pay out of pocket plus what your insurance will pay. It never takes long to get an appointment. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good dentist and staff! Ive never been disappointed & have gone there for years!!

If youre reading this, stop looking for a dentist and just go here. Dr. Williams is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. You never have to wait more than 5 minutes. He is very thorough and explains everything to you. His office staff are extremely courteous and go above and beyond estimating what your portion will be from the insurance. They dont want you to have any surprises and will work with you in whatever way they can. A+

Really took care of me today. Even though it took a lot longer than expected, my tooth looks great. Had a cavity filled in my last molar, so a hard spot. I was pretty nervous because it had been about 10 years since Id had a cavity. The shot and drilling did not hurt at all, just very hard not to listen to the drill even over my music in my ear buds. Hortible sound!

I have always felt uncomfortable going to the dentist. My visits with Dr. Williams has been nothing but pleasant and pain free. They have been extremely convenient when it comes to setting up an appointment or even having to reschedule an appointment. The office staff is always courteous and greets me with a smile. I used to hate to go to the Dentist!! All that changed when I met Dr. Williams and his excellent staff!! Everyone there is super friendly and easy to work with, but the most important thing is that things get done and done properly with no pain!! To me thats the highest compliment anyone can pay a Dentist and Dr. Williams certainly deserves it!!

Staff is very personable. Carleen did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and explaining what wad going on every step of the way. She have me advice on toothpaste that would meet my needs and she & Dr. Williams were very gentle. I felt NO pain when they were working in my mouth. The best experience I have had for an office visit. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. My high spirited five year old was treated with so much patience and kindness by both her hygienist and Mr. Williams that she left asking me if we could go to the Dentist every day. I would recommend this practice to any person.
