I had originally contacted Dr, Sinchai because I was having pain and sensitivity in two of my teeth. I had gotten fillings at a different dentist and I called his office on a whim to see if I could benefit from a second opinion. Although I gave very short notice due to a busy traveling schedule for work, his office was easily able to fit me in on a time and day that matched my schedule perfectly. Once I got there, before he even began looking at my teeth, Dr. Sinchai himself sat me down and explained what he believed went wrong with my previous fillings and painstakingly covered the processes he was going to attempt in order to remedy my sensitivity and then detailed every step he would take. Along the way, he would periodically stop to ensure that I understood everything and to ask if I needed any additional clarification. Once he began, he was exceedingly careful not to exasperate my existing pain and demonstrated superior patience by allowing me to periodically rest my jaw. Feeling good while leaving the dentist hasnt ever happened before in my life, but my visit to Dr. Sinchai was different. He understood why I was in his office and what I hoped to accomplish out of my appointment. He didnt push unnecessary cosmetic procedures just to make a quick profit. He spent time directly dealing with the patient, which was another unique experience for me. All in all, if it is possible to describe a visit to the dentist as something positive, thats exactly what happened to me at the office of Dr. Sinchai. He and his staff were friendly, professional, and, most of all, caring. Make him your primary dentist and you wont regret the change.

I enjoy every visit I make to Sinchai Dental. To start, the waiting room is extremely comfortable with interesting art to enjoy. Dr. Sinchai is always prompt at bringing me back for my appointments. I have had several appointments in the last couple of years as Dr. Sinchai and I have developed an orthodontic care plan that involved Invisalign. Dr. Sinchai was always very thorough with his explanations of the process, frequently asked if I had any questions, and was open to alternate routes if I had concerns. I always feel extremely comfortable and happy when discussing these plans rather than feeling pressured into treatments that I do not need (as I have experienced with many other dentists). Ive also had great experiences with normal teeth cleanings at Sinchai Dental. The staff is friendly and inviting and I have been happy to get to know Karen during my appointments. Overall great experience and extremely knowledgable and friendly dental practice! I plan to begin bringing my son to see Dr. Sinchai, soon!

Highly recommended. Dr. Sinchai has done a great job handling all of the dental work I have needed in recent years. Whether it is an emergency situation or a routine check up, all of my experiences at his office have been very good. He is knowledgeable, has a great chair-side manner, and is very willing to explain every procedure and offer options. Dr. Sinchai was helpful when I was traveling, helping secure emergency care when I was on the road. He went over and beyond in helping to build a temporary tooth device that was needed during a transition period in my treatment. He is creative and reaffirming. Over the course of days after my dental work, Dr. Sinchai would reach out to me asking if all was ok. He has always been responsive by e-mail or text -- even in the evenings and on weekend. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Sinchai---and his staff. I have no problem at all going to visit this dentists office.

Dr. Sinchai has been the family dentist for my wife, daughter and me since he began his present business. He and his staff are extremely professional, friendly and expert in their field. I believe my family is provided with the highest level of dental care at his office. Dr. Sinchai goes out of his way to check in with his patients to see how they are doing during any procedures, and to address topics or questions important to them. He takes the time to explain things very thoroughly to each individual patient. Dr. Sinchai has even done further research on a mouth health issue I inquired about and communicated to me additional information and recommendations. His staff takes care of insurance and scheduling issues very effectively. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Sinchai to any individual or family looking to establish practice with a quality dental office and great dentist.

Im so glad I changed dentists to Dr. Sinchais office! His office staff make an effort to get to know me personally, are cheerful and welcoming, and go out of their way to accommodate my unusual work schedule to make sure I can get in to be seen. The hygienists are gentle and friendly and make my visits so comfortable! When I had braces, they did a great job of working around the equipment while also making sure my cleaning was thorough. Dr Sinchai is knowledgeable and efficient. He takes time to answer questions and treats you like a friend during your visit. I have recommended him numerous times to friends and coworkers who need a new dentist.

My experience with Sinchai Dental has been above and beyond excellent. Dr. Sinchai is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He also has an excellent staff on hand to take you through every step of the way. I have recently received a few fillings and a few fixes to some cracked ones too. So I needed some significant work done. The staff made me feel very comfortable and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend him everyone. To top it off, he even has Ipads hanging over the examination chairs and lets you choose what you want on Netflix. Very Cool!! Highly Recommend!!!

When Dr. Sinchai purchased the business from my former dentist, I was a bit concerned, as Id been a patient there for about 28 years, however, I had nothing to worry about. The transition was smooth and Dr. Sinchai will be my dentist until I no longer need one. The office staff is the same which was a comfort. Dr. Sinchai has an open and caring personality. Best of all, hes a knowledgeable and competent dentist, as was his predecessor. Great with kids! Dr. Sinchai is a father of 3 and was very kind and gentle acclimating our 3 year old to the dentist office this last year. On his 3rd checkup today he made it thru the full exam and cleaning!! No tears ever. My son enjoys going to see Dr Sinchai. Dr Sinchai is very concerned and does not do unnecessary work. Hes got a very friendly staff, as well. Weve gone to this dental office since prior to Dr. Sinchai. While we miss Dr. Little, we think he found a great dentist to take over his practice. The friendly and gentle dentist.

Dr. Sinchai took an incredible amount of time helping me understand my options regarding a serious dental procedure I had to have. Not only is he a great dentist, hes able to take complicated subject and boil them down in a way that help me understand my options. I highly recommend his practice. I have a dentist 1 block from where I live downtown and I drive the 20 minutes to the north side to see him. Hes great!
