Have to admit that it has been probably 5-8 years between dentist appointments(each time over 30 years). The only reason I typically go is because of something gone wrong. You know how that is. And when you finally go, there is a whole lot going on, that you didnt know, but you wonder if its all made up. Thats me. So just moved to Noblesville and cracked a tooth. As my luck would have it, their location was right around the corner. Made an appointment., with reservation (how painful is this going to be?, Right). Of course there is no problem getting into the dentist office ( never seen a big waiting room at one anyway). But this was different. Some people were their but instead of that "OMG attitude", in the waiting room, it was very pleasant. To the point, the receptionist has a great personality and really likes her job. This didnt make sense to me because "who likes dentist?". And how can she be so happy if everyone is miserable. Because no one comes out of their without some kind of pain, right?Made me wonder if I was in the right place. Looked at the sign. Yup, right place. Was called in, almost right away, of course after the paperwork. OK, On time as well? Looked at the sign again. Was escorted to the hygienist chair. Here we go I thought, Pain City! Something used for interrogations. Thought of the masochistic hygienist (from past experience). NOPE, Very pleasant and making sure that I was comfortable and there was no pain at all. Straight talk (just the way I like it) and very thorough on the exam. No questions here. Now its time for the grand finally, the temporary Crown. 9Yup, thought they were just buttering me up for the really bad stuff) WOW. Really your done? Thinking to myself that this experience was to good to be true. What happened to the tugging, pulling, hammer drill experience? I can honestly say that if all my dentist appointments were like this, I would not hesitate to go every six months. So to summarize; On time appointments Professionalism NO PAIN (unless thats what your into) Efficient Modern equipment and techniques. I would recommend Dentistry of Fishers to everyone, young and old. The best thing of all is he got my wife to smile after 30 some years. AWESOME HAVE A GREAT DAY, AND SMILE Thanks

Great place if you are comfortable visiting the dentist. My older two children and I had great service and no issues. However, my youngest child (who is 11 years old) has terrible anxiety about the dentist and doctor. I shared this information with the staff when making the appointment, marked the box on his medical form and again when we registered. The hygienist was obviously in a hurry (they actually called 25 minutes prior to the appointment to let us know they were ready for the appointment). She lacked empathy, making a rude and extremely inappropriate remark comparing him to a 5 year old. When the dentist came in, he literally decided to refer him within two minutes and ZERO effort to connect with him. I was extremely disappointed with the treatment of a child with dental anxiety. The staff behavior only contributed to my sons very real mental health issue. ****UPDATE**** soon after posting this review I received a phone call from the office staff. I was advised that Dr. Jones had read my review and felt it was "unfair" and that I should let them know where for forward our dental records because they cancelled all of our future appointments.

Always a great experience at Dentistry of Fishers! I have interacted with the same incredible staff over the last 3 years of being a patient of Dr. Jones; no staff turnover indicates that he treats his staff as great his patients. The staff is always friendly, personable, and professional and always BEGIN my appointments within 5 minutes of arrival (as in, in the back to my room and in the chair and getting prepped, typically seeing Dr. Jones within minutes too). He has an amazing attention to detail, which is a great attribute! Particularly, continuing my Invisilign treatment to his and my desired perfection. Additionally, I had to get a crown for the first time, and Dr. Jones and Mina were reassuring and were even able to get the permanent placed in an extremely timely manner. Also, I must say that I have felt welcomed from the beginning and never felt mistreated due to the type of insurance I have, which I have experienced a multitude of times with other dentists. Dr. Jones is the best dentist I have found since moving to Indy nearly 20 years ago, and now has another patient for life!

I have not been to the dentist in years, because of the bad experiences that Ive had at other dental offices over 30+ years. Due to a tooth emergency, I went to Dentistry of Fishers, because I randomly remembered seeing "emergencies welcome" on the sign and its near my home. It was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist, so much so that I will go forward with my other countless dental problems. When I called around noon, I had an appointment that same day at 2pm. The first appointment took about 3 hours, but I literally could have went back to work. I had such little pain. The doctor and his staff are absolutely wonderful.

Just wanted to stop by and show appreciation for Dr. Jeremy and his team. I love that the receptionist always knows who we are and asks about life because she actually cares. The rest of the team is the same and it just shows how personal they really are. Our family moved over to Dr. Jeremy after an unpleasant experience at our past dentist and they made the transition so easy and weve loved them for the past few years. When my dad likes something, he sticks to it and always recommends it. Now that I am married, my husband and I will also be coming to Dentistry of Fishers. Thanks for all you do!

Happy to report a pleasant visit. This was a first time for me at Dentistry of Fishers. It had been a while since my last cleaning, and not pleased with that result. This was a very pleasant visit,the hygienist really did a thorough job, and explained a few things that was going on. Dr. Jones also did a thoroughly inspection, made some recormmendations in which I expected and still considering. I was surprised about the membership plan,what a deal, this makes this place affordable! To sum up my visit I recommend this place. Sincerely Jim Powell 7-14-2016

Im writing this late because Im not that good with the computer and smartphone. I just wanted to say I never liked going to the dentist, but every time I visited Dentistry of Fishers they always made me feel at ease. Everyone always spoke to me soon as I came in the door, and everyone from the dentist to the assistants and receptionists were always very kind and friendly. I always felt right at home on every visit. Ive already recommended Dentistry of Fishers to few people and if you are looking for a dentist give them a call.

This dentist did an x-ray on my underage daughter without any authorization and from either parent. Then on top of that he had the balls to send us a bill for the unauthorized services. I think there may have been some laws violated here and have asked them to remove this fee but they just sent me another bill. This dentist does not even have gas to pull wisdom teeth out and does not offer local sedation only to take a Valium before the wisdom teeth being pulled. I would never take my family member to him.
