I absolutely Love Dr Mugera (Kimani). She is very informative and patient with everything you ask. However, I think the staff is absolutely horrible. They are nothing but rude everytime I call or come in. And the call wait time is beyond ridiculous. I believe especially if they call you and leave you a message to call back, they should give you an extension to get through. I just called and was caller #15 and the wait time was 35 minutes. I waited 20 and it still had only gone down to a 22 minute wait time. This is obsurd for a doctors office. I do not want to switch doctors because I really like Mugera, but between her staff and wait time it is making it very difficult not to.

Dr Wolfe is great and the wait is insane but it is no matter what doctor you visit. Major issue for me though: I called to set up a next day appt for my sick child. I called 20 minutes before they closed and was told I was third in line. I waited for 4 minutes and Id moved up to first. I waited 30 more minutes, being reminded constantly that I was next, with nothing. I called on my wifes phone only to find out they had closed without ever answering my call. Very upset that I was just ignored. I have spent years working in service industries and to me thats a cardinal sin

I LOVE DR.MUGERA! MOST OF THE NURSES AND OTHER STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY! THERE IS ONE NURSE WHO ACTS LIKE SHE HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN BE THERE... IVE HAD HER TWICE BUT HAVENT CAUGHT HER NAME BUT WHEN I DO ILL BE SURE TO POST IT! I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT MY VISIT TODAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT CALLED IN MY DAUGHTERS MEDICINE AND NOW THEY ARE CLOSED AND HER APPOINTMENT WAS AT 130, THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO CALL IT IN BEFORE 7 WHEN THEY CLOSED. OTHER THAN HOLD TIMES AND SOME MINOR MISTAKES THEY ARE A GREAT DOCTORS OFFICE! BETTER THAN ALL OTHERS I HAVE USED!

Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but Kathy Anderson is more than worth a little waiting. She is absolutely fantastic! She builds a relationship with the kids. She actually listens to them! She is very patient and kind to my children. My children are very comfortable with her and actually look forward to seeing her!! They chose her and absolutely refuse to be seen by anyone else. The office staff, on the other hand, could definitely use some customer relations training!!! Some are extremely rude and arrogant.

Doctors are very informative. They all are extremely patient in telling you exactly what you need to know. Kimani and Wolfe are my sons doctors and I couldnt ask for more. They only complaint I have is the call wait time when you need to call the office, the last few times I have called have taken over 8 minutes wait time, I ended up having to hang up. :(

LOVE Dr. Wolfe & all the other providers! However, the front office staff is in desperate need of an overhaul. They seriously need to understand professionalism and competency.

The doctors are great. Everything else needs work. Staff can be hard to work with. Scheduling is bad. You can wait over a hour, just for a 5 minute check up.
