We had an appointment at 1pm, and the office is closed for lunch from 12-12:45pm. There were no other patients in the office, and none ahead of us; we were the first appointment after their lunch. Yet we still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen! Very unprofessional service. Should not have to wait 20 minutes when you are the first appointment! Why even have an appointment when they dont honor it?!?

I have always liked the infinity practice frm the first floor to the third. Ppl forget how busy they can be and whine and cry about how they dnt get things on a timely fashion. Its also called communication.

I keep trying to call and no one will ever answer... they have let my prescription go without a refill twice now, and their "prescription refill line" is nothing but a voicemail...
