Having moved back to Louisville from out of state I attempted to re-establish my son as a patient with this practice. The records from out of state were faxed in. I called to confirm they had them, I was told they did, they said someone would call me back the next day to set up an appointment. I waited until 4:30 the next day to follow up since I had not heard from anyone. I was then told they did not have the records and I could not set up an appointment until they did. I was asked to have them re-faxed and we would set up an something then. I can tolerate a little back and forth, but when my son needs his immunizations and physical so he can be enrolled in school, this becomes too much of a hassle. If their staff cant keep up with information sent to them and they talk out of both sides of their mouth, what kind of care will they give my child? Take your children somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people.

Wonderful, caring doctors & staff!! We have gone to this practice since both of our children, who are now 16 & 20, were born. Dr. Lehocky gave us extra time & advice concerning any issue we ever had. Dr. Abrams has also gone above and beyond what I would expect from a doctor, to call us back & help us get the right medication, on her off day. Our experiences with Doctors Roth, Belza & Newstadt were also excellent, finding them knowledgable, caring and professional! We love this practice, and so do our "now teenagers."

Dr. Slone is who we see and he is awesome! We have had a lot of trouble with our son with colic/reflux and he has been great dealing with it and us! :) highly recommend. The hours are great because you cant find evening hours much, and the on call option is great as we have had to use this a few times and they get back with us to answer our questions.

The doctors are wonderful and some of the nurses are great. Though you call the on call nurse for advice and she takes four hours to call you back. Then if you call to ask to get in because your infant is sick they say to call the oncall nurse. So my child could be dying or really ill and they will tell you nothing or tell you try water.

We love Dr. Abrams! She conducted a baby class we went to at Baptist East and we knew we wanted to use her as our pediatrician. She truly listens while were there and seems like she genuinely cares about my childs progress.
