The search is over!! My twin daughters had severe dental problems from the moment their teeth came in. After taking them to my personal dentist (at the time) who told me not to worry about their issues, we took them to two different pediatric dentists in Indianapolis. The second one did surgery on them, but was not able to save one of their teeth (on both of them). After several dentists, we finally found Dr. Adam Rector who was the only dentist that was able to save the rest of their teeth and keep the issues from recurring. He was not only great about saving their teeth, but also educating us on how to do so (this was not the typical "just brush your teeth or avoid sweets" situation). It is stressful for children to have any major dental work done, as it can be scary - the first dentist we went to that did work on their teeth left them bleeding, scared, and screaming. Dr. Adam is so gentle and kind - he even sings to them while he works on their teeth. One of the things I like best is that you, as the parent, are encouraged to stay in the room with your child and even help "hold" them if they need a procedure. Yes, dental work can be scary for a young child (my girls had dental work before they were even 2 years old), but he made the process so much less painful and scary for them. They also get to pick out special prizes after each dentist visit which is a great tactic for calming them down! The assistants are also very sweet and helpful. They receptionists are great too! They called me the moment they had an opening for my twins surgery, so that we could fit it in that year and not have to pay a new deductible for the next year. I actually switched my own dental care over to the Rector group after experiencing how well Dr. Adam took care of my girls teeth. At my first appointment for myself, I was told I had no cavities after an xray and cleaning, unlike what I was told by another dentist that said I may have 5 potential cavities (same dentist that filled one cavity and drilled my tooth down to nothing, while also telling me not to worry about the twins teeth). The Rector Dental group is a very honest, caring group of practitioners that I would recommend to anyone!

In todays busy world, it is a breath of fresh air to have one place that my entire family can go to for all of their dental care needs. Having been their patient since the age of 7 (now 31), I have great memories of Dr. Jeff singing about my teeth during visits and taking home a large amount of toys from the treasure chest! Now that I have 3 young children, my wife and I have been able to see them visit Dr. Adam and Dr. Jeff for their first dental check-up with the same timid feelings that we had at their age. Not surprisingly, at the end of their first visit, they had big smiles on their faces! Now they look forward to going to see Dr. Jeff and Dr. Adam for their regular cleanings! As a parent, it is important to trust your childrens doctors. My wife and I have a choice when it comes to who takes care our childrens dental needs and we choose The Rector Dental Group! We have even chosen Dr. Bryan to take care our own adult dental needs! We have had great experiences not only with Dr. Bryan but also all of the offices professional staff! Dont take our word for it, go see for yourself!!

Adam Rector. Had heard a lot of great things about this dentist, unfortunately had a horrible experience there. The staff had repeatedly told me how they would be very gentle and not force my daughter to do anything she wasnt comfortable with. They had me fill out a bunch of paperwork that said the same thing. Maybe the dentist was rushed but he manhandled my daughter and forced her mouth open, she was crying harder than Ive ever seen and he didnt stop. During the visit she developed broken blood vessels around her eyes from all the crying - which he said was normal. Not the ideal way for a 2 yr old to remember her dentist. I dont think it would have been a loss to my daughters dental health if he would have stopped when she became very upset. He missed an opportunity to set a good example of dental care in a non-threatening way. He was more concerned about seeing the maximum number of patients and wasnt concerned about making the experience a good one for my daughter. Will not go back.

We have been taking our children to see Dr. Adam for the past 3 years and they are always excited to go back. The entire staff is friendly, personable, and professional. The experience from beginning to end is made easy for parents and relaxing (and at times even fun!) for the kids. They offer convenient scheduling options (8a-6p Monday - Saturday). Also, their kid-friendly waiting area includes books, cartoons, puzzles, and even an arcade game, which definitely helps time seem to go by quickly while waiting to see the dentist. Dr. Adam is a true professional and always takes time to address all of our questions and concerns. He has an excellent rapport with children and his approach makes them very comfortable and relaxed. He even fields after-hours calls in case of emergencies (unfortunately, had to learn this from experience)! Overall, Dr. Adam and the entire staff at The Rector Dental Group go above and beyond to deliver high quality care!

I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Jeff and his son Dr. Brian. I have been going to Dr. Jeff since I was a toddler and continued going to him into adulthood, then once I had my son he started going to him and I now go to Dr. Brian as well as my husband does. This place is amazing and I have become friends with some of the staff because they are so awesome! You can tell that the dentists all love what they do. Dr. Jeff is extremely hands on and has picked my son up when hes done and takes him over himself to get a prize. My son always calms down once Dr. Jeff starts singing during checking each tooth. I really hope he never retires! :) We just love him so much and Dr. Brian is great, too!

Our daughter Sarah starting see Dr. Jeff when she was 3 yrs old. Outstanding care by him and his staff. She loves going to her appointments and hates if we have to cancel a appointment. I needed to see a dentist and had put it off till 2 weeks ago. I got in quickly and seen Dr. Bryan yesterday. I would highly recommend this office for all your family needs. Dr. Jeff allows the parents to go back with the child no matter how old they and that is great cause you know exactly what is being done. Fabulous staff and and Drs.

Dr .Jeff has seen my 6 children for over 10 years .I have been to several dentist offices growing up! His office is impeccable. Nothing to hide anyone can watch .He is one of the best dentist Ive ever seen in 30 years.His office is truly a blessing to my family. I enjoyed watching my children go to a dentist who was truly happy and eager to do anything.Truely wanting to help in any situation for the better of a child .Keep singing Dr Jeff Good job well done.
