Parkside Family Dental is the best dental experience I have ever had by far. I actually look forward to my dental appointments with them, which is definitely a first. The staff is amazingly kind and really take the time to answer your questions. The people who clean your teeth make sure that you are very comfortable and really listen to any concerns youve been having. One of the things I liked most was that while they offered oral hygiene advice, I never felt badgered or chided for how I take care of my teeth. I have a pretty good oral hygiene routine and there have been other dentists offices where it seems like half the visit is them telling me I dont floss enough or that Im doing everything wrong and I need to do better. Not here, they make you actually feel good about taking care of your teeth rather than shaming you into doing it. Dr. Bogdan Grabovity is the kindest dentist I have ever met! He always greets you with a smile and really takes the time to address your needs and concerns. He is the most compassionate and thoughtful doctor and really makes me feel like a valuable patient. I would recommend Parkside Family Dental to anyone and everyone!

I recently saw Parkside Family Dental on my way to the post office--its next door to it. I stopped by to see what it was because I had never seen it there before. The doctor came out and immediately greeted me and his son brought me muffins and coffee :-). I thought that was nice. He gave me his biography and credentials and took some time to answer some questions I had. He was a very nice man and his office looks really really good: very comfortable and "homey" feel. But anyways, I scheduled an appointment with him in less than 10 min and when I went for my treatment, I was really surprised how comfortable it was (Im not a dentist kinda girl). There were TVs mounted on the ceiling and he gave me a blanket and all. It was just really nice; he explained what he was doing and what each thing cost--he was not a provider with my insurance but he only charged me an in-network fee. I got a phone call later checking up on how I was doing. I just think that this is a great place and that he is a very nice man and a fantastic dentist. I would recommend anyone to call in or stop by, even if its just to meet him or get his credentials. Hope this helps!

I had a terrible experience at Parkside Family Dental. I went there while I was off at college because I saw it had great reviews, and I was due for a cleaning. I was then advised to get 12 fillings! I had only had 1-2 in my whole life. So as a naive college kid I had half of them done by Dr. G, but kept having issues. One was too high and I had to get it lowered several times and one filling poped right out shortly after getting it. I then decided to take my business to another dentist who, after seeing the slides forwarded from Parkside, said he would never drill based on a photograph that quality (and with red lines all through it.) I learned the importance of asking for multiple opinions. So I have since had three dentist look at the other 6 places Dr. G wanted to fill, and realized that of those 6 only 2 of them needed any real attention. Do not go to Parkside.

My experience at Parkside Family Dental was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was very warm and friendly. They were helpful through every step of the process and really took the time to get to know me. I look forward to my visits at Parkside and would highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Dr Ming and Dr Graboviy are a great team and work together to make sure every patient that walks through the door receives the best care possible. The office is updated and in a very convenient location in the Highlands. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in, offering Keurig coffee and tea. Even hot chocolate!!

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgable staff. Thorough initial examination, technician took time to explain everything she was doing, then explained the results. I was very pleased, and we have found our family dentist. The dentist came in with a big smile on his face, walked me through his evaluation, and looked like he loved his job. Really great experience. In hindsight, I would not have chosen to so the laser treatment on my gum cleaning, as I think it was ultimately not worth the money. But this was not a reflection on the staff or the experience at all. I will certainly return and recommend Parkside highly.

Quite literally the best dentist Ive ever been to in my life. As a lifelong Odontophobe, going to the dentist is normally a horrifying experience. Dr. G is the first dentist who has been able to come anywhere near my mouth without causing a panic. Everyone is super nice, and you can really tell they specialize in those who are afraid of dental work. They take great care in everything they do, always describe what theyre doing as they do it, and in general really seem to care. This is now the dentist for my family as well, and I am sure I will continue seeing them for my entire life.

Weve tried a number of local dentists and Parkside is our favorite by far. The staff know our names and take great notes on what our worries and concerns are. They give us tips and techniques for better dental hygiene, without the shaming we have experienced at some dentists. They are attentive to my allergies and always go out of their way to explain exactly what they are doing, what they are going to do next, and why they are doing it. Their professionalism is outstanding, while maintaining a homey feel. We are so glad to have found them.

My entire experience here was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Sally and Dr. Graboviy were so friendly and thorough; I especially liked that they took time to educate me about my teeth and explain why they were doing certain procedures. I loved how modern the office was, too - I got to see pictures of all my teeth (which was the best argument for daily flossing ever). Also, I got to watch HGTV while getting my teeth cleaned, which is always a bonus ;) I would absolutely recommend Parkside Family Dental!

The Parkside staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in the door. It was my first visit with them and I believe I will stick with them for the long term. They kept me informed in every step during my visit, and making sure I was understanding exactly what was going on. My only complaint is that they could only schedule my next appointment further out than I had hoped. However, they mentioned they would try their best to get me in earlier. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I am like most people when I say, I DREAD going to the dentist! With that being said, I have absolutely LOVED my experience at Parkside! From day one I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable and welcome...they even gave me coffee and candy(yes, at the dentist)! I have had no pain, no waiting, and no issues! I Cant believe I am saying this but...you should really go to be dentist! I highly recommend Parkside Family Dental and will never go anywhere else again! Mic Drop ✌️
