Walked in because my dog had a wound on his nose that has been bleeding profusely all day off and on. Today is Tuesday and the young lady up front told me that she couldnt see me until Friday morning unless it was on an emergency visit basis taking the rate from 45 to 119 dollars. I asked if she or the doctor could recommend a way I could bandage his nose as I was at a loss trying several methods. Her response was unfortunately without seeing him I can not tell you how to do this or recommend any options. So they have time for me at 2.5 x the rate, but cant give me a suggestion on how to slow the problem until he can be seen. I thought vets are supposed to care about the animals and helping them. Apparently this facility only cares about money. Vets like this make me sick. I get this isnt a charity and they have to make their money. I have no problem with that and if they simply would have just helped me a little I would have brought both my dogs there in the future as they are so close to my house. At this point I wouldnt step foot back in that place.

Being new to Sun Lakes, AZ. we looked into "Nextdoor" for recommendations for a veterinarian to help us with a medical concern with our dog Abby. One clinic that has several very good reviews was the Animal Medical Center of Chander. I gave them a call and was able to got our dog in the following day. They have a very large and comfortable waiting room. I had pre filled the paper work on line ahead of time which saved some time. Abby was first examined by a very knowledgeable assistant. Dr Andrea Strickland, DMV who is the owner then did a very thorough examination of Abby and asked questions about her lifestyle. It was pretty much determined she had a strained a muscle in her leg and hip. Dr. Strickland spent at least 30 min. Checking her out. I highly recommend the Animal Medical Center of Chandler for the ease of getting an appointment, friendliness and caring of the staff, the thoroughness of the Doctor and assistant. Much also mention their prices are very fair.

I am so pleased to have the opportunity to provide a review of Animal Medical Center of Chandler and our Veterinarian for many years, Dr. Carolyn Duregger. I have seven dogs that are family. Dr Duregger is the only Veterinarian I will use. This practice is professional, caring, honest and most importantly up to date on the latest medical information available. They take time to educate you and answer your questions. They work hard to be the best and they are. The veterinary technicians are also very kind, knowledgeable and talented. The technicians are important to the quality of care almost as much as the doctors. I have been to many Veterinarians over the years since dogs have always been a part of my life. This one is the very best I have been to. I honestly believe they love every animal they see. You can’t ask for more.

AMCC is truly a 5 Star facility! The vets, Dr Stickland, Dr Duregger and Dr. Durig are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of our pets. The office is beautifully clean and well equipped with the latest tools needed to maintain a high level of veterinary healthcare. The vet techs are polite, friendly and devoted to the tasks at hand. The level of care your pet receives here is second to none. Theyre not out to gouge you either and always explain the estimate of cost of treatment before you commit, so there are no nasty shocks! They go above and beyond to help animals and do so with a cheerful smile and helping hand. Best vets in Chandler! I highly recommend them.

We have always had very positive experiences as customers of Animal Medical Center of Chandler. We moved to south Chandler in the fall of last year but continued for a while to take our dogs to our previous vet in east Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The distance became a problem as one of our dogs has serious allergies and required frequent visits. We checked out the few ratings we could find online about vets in our area and made the decision to contact AMC of Chandler. So glad we did. Have been very pleased with all the staff, technicians, and the two vets who have provided services to us, Drs Durig and Duregger. Always a very welcoming atmosphere and they really seem to appreciate our business.

This place is great! My dog had a sudden injury so I needed a quick appointment.They got me in right away and I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before my appointment. Vanessa was our tech and was so good with our dog. All three vets even stopped in to say hello see how we were doing during the appointment. Dr. Durig spent the whole visit right on the floor with my dog Ella and was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They had my prescriptions over at the pharmacy before I even got there and my receipt emailed to me which was great. I even got a follow up call checking in to see how everything was going. Very satisfied. Check them out! Highly Recommended!!

I am very particular about the vet I choose as well as the entire veterinary practice/office. I just moved to the area and did a lot of research to find the right facility for my "children". Im extremely happy and feel very relieved that I found a place to take my kids that has it all....a facility that practices fear free visits, has state of the art technology, has extensive experience in veterinary care, has office staff and vet techs that understand the big picture, does not push unnecessary treatments and treated me as a valued client. More importantly, treated my pets with compassion and excellent care. I highly recommend this facility!

We have used Adrea and Carolyn for many years. They have treated our mini schnauzer and most recently, our Vizsla, Chance. He is now a senior citizen having been in their care for over 11 years, and the level of care and professionalism is above any other vet clinic in the valley. Besides the great medical treatment that we have received, the personal connection is what keeps us coming back to their clinic. We have recommended at least 15 other dog owners that we know, and without exception, they are all pleased with the practice.

We had been to every Vet clinic in Chandler and several in surrounding cities over the last 30 + years. We got a recommendation from a co-worker about Dr Stickland, and I cant say enough how happy we are to have found her. This is no joke. She doesnt try to SELL you surgeries like one Vet I went to. What I would say to anyone who is looking for a new Vet is that she has earned not only my highest recommendation, but my TRUST as well! You will not be disappointed if you choose to use her clinic.

Love the AMC of Chandler and the staff there! Dr. Duregger is fabulous - kind, patient, and caring to both the pets and the owners. Weve been in and out of there so many times lately with one of our dogs, and they never treat us like were just nervous nancies (the dog is 14 so were not first time pet owners). The follow up care is great, RX refill scheduling and pickup is simple and ready on time. Great facility, lovely staff, cant say enough kind words about them.
