I had a dog that needed surgery. We had adopted a dog from a shelter and needed a vet office to work with us on price and explain the situation with us. The front desk ladies were very very nice and helpful, but as soon as I got into the back room with my dog it all changed. The vet was short and seemed like I was not worth his time. He did not explain the surgery procedure with me, nor did he show any compassion towards my situation. It was the coldest and most uninformative vet visit I have ever been to. I am new to the area and counted on these reviews to give me a push towards a great service. This place said they would give a Shelter discount... it was not even on the itemized list. It was disappointing and would never recommend this place to anyone. In doing more research I have finally found an office that has shown amazing dedication to my dogs needs and even offered to work with us on price. This office is Pradise Valley Animal Hospital.. I highly recommend them!! I hope this review has helped you. I guess you never know unless you try...

We started going to Dr. Campanile just over 9 years ago when we got out schnauzer. Over the years, he was sick pretty often and had several surgeries by Dr. Campanile and he was fantastic! All of the staff in their office seemed to genuinely care about our dog, and even sent us flowers when he passed away this last week. But for those people who have bad reviews below, it sounds like you probably saw his colleague that works there (I cant remember his name). This guy is very arrogant and doesnt ever seem to care about the well-being of my dogs. Companion pet clinic is a great vet, just make sure you request Dr. Campanile, not the other vet.

I am a former K9 officer and I currently own two pet dogs. I have been using Companion Pet Clinic for years and I am very satisfied with the service and compassion shown by the doctors. I once brought one of my dogs in unannounced for emergency surgery after he had ripped his side open on something outside. Without hesitation, the doctors dropped what they were doing and saved my dogs life. In addition, the rates are very competitive. I recommend Companion to all my friends and relatives.

Small, personable clinic. Vet is very experienced and straight-forward. Takes a conservative approach to treatment. Yes, they ask for payment at the time of service, but what doctor doesnt nowadays? Their prices are much more reasonable than other vets in the area. Plus, they have office hours on the weekend for the same price as weekdays....saves you money from having to go to an animal hospital or taking time off from work during the weeks.

The vet did a brief examination of my pet . The assistant came in later and went over a list of "test" the vet wanted my pet to have done - came to over a couple hundred dollars (not including the office visit charge) and she reviewed with me. Most were not necessary. In fact, he seemed more interested in chatting with the receptionist then helping my sick pet. Money not well spent...

This was the best experience that my dog has ever had at a vet. The office staff was polite, friendly, and helpful and Dr. Campanile is amazing! He really took the time to make my dog feel comfortable, and she was actually wagging her tail duing the visit! She is normally very skiddish, and it was incredible to see her so comfortable with the vet. I would never go to another vet!

Dr. Young was very thorough - he double checked all the meds his assistant got ready. He explained everything about our dogs health and forward steps. The receptionist at the desk is very kind and relays communication to appropriate staff. Really liked this place and will be using them for our regular care.

Have been a client of Dr. Campaniles for years and years. Always have a good experience and feel well taken care of by this vet office. Most recently, was very impressed with Dr. Young and his insight and care of my cat. Also a very clean, non-smelly vet office, which is a huge plus!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brandon Young and the Companion Pet clinic. He took wonderful care of my dog Sadie after she was injured. I highly recommend Dr. Young who provided excellent and compassionate care during a very difficult and scary time.

Weve been going to Dr. Campanile for almost 9 years and wouldnt consider switching. Wonderful, attentive and knows our dog. Wonderful staff and always helpful, even if I just call to ask questions. Dr. C is fantastic.
