very very bad service. the vet doesnt know anything about exotic pets because everything he told me was the opposite of all the forums. my tortoise died there, my monitor died there and now they wont even answer my call because im calling about a wild bunny, which they apparently dont see? what kind of vet turns down a paralyzed little bunny! Not one that cares about our animals, thats for sure! Do not see this vet he is a phony and their whole joint smells like cat pee. the receptionists are the rudest peoppe ive ever met, no people skills, no common sense, outrageously rude and have zero hospitality and caring for you and your pet you brought. Do not go here.

My partners cat was ill and took her in for a second opinion. After having wasted our time (and $) with another vet, Dr. Frank was very honest and to the point with his diagnosis. We had to put sweet Robin to sleep, but Dr. Frank and his staff were very professional and very caring. I take my dogs to Dr. Frank and always get great service.

Good vet horrible scheduling. Every time we make an appt here we wait at least 30 mins before we get taken back to an exam room. Then another 30-45 mins before we see a vet. The ONLY reason we still go is bc one dog needs special attention and the vets are familiar with her case. All our future animals we will take somewhere else.

Been to MANY VETS in my life. Been to several here in Prescott over the years. THIS IS THE VERY BEST DR. In Prescott hands down. Knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, just the best...great experience. I like them all especially their staff, the Dr. and he is GREAT! All the other vets have an ATTITUDE! I dont like that.

Horrible attitudes and no attentions to helping out there local community!!! I would never take my animals to them ever!!! Receptionist is rude as hell and wouldnt even help or refer to a different clinic!!! Horrible!!!!
