I was happy with the service received here until I took my glasses in to simply be adjusted so they wouldn't slide down my noise. I went in 30 minutes before they closed and one of the ladies working took my glasses with her into the back to tighten the ear pieces. She was back there about 15 minutes then finally came out and handed me my glasses. I put them onand they felt better so I left. I was on my way home and realized thst I saw a smudge on them, so I took them off and looked at the lenses to see a shattered type look on both of my lenses only near where the ear pieces connect! I flew back there, arrived 2 minutes before they closed and confronted ther lady that "helped" me. She looked at them and said she didn't do anything to them! I told her that I know they were not like that befor I got there because I took them off to look at them and clean them. She again said she didnt do anything that would have damaged them (even though she damage was only next to the ear pieces where she would have tightened them.) She looked up my info and said I was in luck because that day was the last day of my one year warranty. I did have them replaced under my warranty , but I feel that the worker should have admitted her mistake and the store should have replaced them rather then my warranty covering it. I take good care of my glasses and would never go to a store knowing they were messed up and try to blame it on them. Please keep this in mind if you decide to go here!

I will NOT be returning to this branch or any other Thoma and Sutton Eye Care branch. Not only did the lady at reception keep saying "Am I entering this right? I dont know. Hmm... This is confusing" being that my mom and I went on 12/30/14 everyone was trying to get us out of the office asap with the holidays. I asked the associate in the glasses section of the store "Please show me glasses only covered by my insurance." he indicated which ones. I confirmed with him a few more times and had to pay $207 (which was pretty expensive on my budget). I have now recieved a surprise $88 dollar bill because my glasses are considered "deluxe" frames and are not completely covered by my insurance. I am LIVID since I asked MULTIPLE times to stay within my plan and it was clear people just wanted us out. I will not be returning to this eye doctor.

I had a great experience here the past couple days. I had an issue with my eye, and the receptionist, Beth said to come in right away to be seen. I came back in the next day to get my prescription to buy glasses elsewhere as I thought they would have been out of my budget here, and she assured me that we would get them through my insurance plan. She and Larry were very helpful and patient with me, as I am extremely picky when it comes to purchasing new frames. They made me feel very comfortable and did not make me feel rushed at all. I cannot wait until the glasses are ready to be picked up! Ive been to one other location, and I was much happier with my visit at the Ft. Mitchell location.

I left Wings Eyecare to come to Thoma Sutton. They saved me over $400.Everyone there was fantastic. I felt at ease & comfortable. All my questions were answered and some I didnt ask. With my bad eyesight I need someone who knows what I need. The manager helped me with picking out the right size frame and lenses. She explained the why & the cost. I felt so relieved when I left that my glasses were going to be great. It was a great experience!
