After getting an eye exam, Ashanti helped me pick a pair of glasses and was very eager to assist me. Everyone was nice, and I received excellent attention and assistance. Dr. Braxton did a great job finding my new prescription. Highly recommend Visionworks.

The customer service is horrible. I waited for thirty minutes on an error that the woman put in the computer and couldnt fix. This establishment is understaffed and painfully inadequate! Save yourself the misery and go somewhere BETTER!

Customer service is horrible! The initial visit was okay. But my glass came in but I could not receive them because the Lab was closed! This is ridiculous and I will never go back!

No customer service..... They add extra charges for everything thats done and dont bother to explain the charges incurred until you get the final bill.
