Was looking forward to visiting and becoming a patient. I lean toward doctors who have interactive websites that allow me to make appointments and add my information. This was the great part as this was exactly what I found with West Georgia Eye Care. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response for days other than than an auto email saying we have your information. Several days later I received another auto email stating that the appointment, that was never confirmed, had been cancelled. During this time I tried calling and got a message that no one was available as they were all out for staff development. Very frustrating. Found someone else that could respond.

Great service and care. I chose West Georgia Eye Care because of the positive reviews I found online. Ive never had vision issues until recently, so this was my first time visiting an optometrist, and I felt pretty clueless walking in there. However, the staff and doctors were very friendly and took very good care to explain all the details and costs for the various eye exams. They clearly explained my condition and helped me with the next steps. Also, the girl up front provided amazing assistance in picking out a frame that was best for me (both in looks, usage, and fit). I will definitely recommend them to others.

My experience with Dr Carter was fantastic. They got me in quickly, in and out within my lunch hour so I did not have to miss any work. The lady at the front who helped me pick out my glasses ( I do not remember her name), helped me pick out the right style for me and processed everything quickly and correctly. I have also brought my son to this office, the staff was friendly and quick with him as well. The assistants were exceptionally patient with him seeing how he is 6 and this was his first eye visit. Would recommend this office to every one.

Perfect! Greatest experience Ive had at any eye care doctors office. Everyone was professional, courteous, patient, and kind. Dr. Carter was exceptionally great with questions and concerns, she put everything in a simple way I could understand easily. Dr. Carter has a wonderful manner and has built a great team to deliver the best experience in eye care. Am thrilled to have stumbled upon probably one of the best teams in the industry.

The entire experience was good from the initial exams to checkout. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a year ago and Dr. Rothschild helped me determine why this blurred vision had suddenly appeared. I feel very confident that Dr. Rothschild and his staff can monitor my condition. He was very detailed in explaining what I can do in caring for my eyes which gives me peace of mind.

It is believed that West Georgia Eye Care is the BEST eye care facility in all of Georgia! At least it is in my book. This place delivers good quality products, professional & courteous service and everthing has always been done in a timely manner. I rate W.GA. eye Care with a Platinium 5 star rating !
