I just had an exam on the 29th and it was a great experience. I was signed in immediately upon walking in the door. I only waited a short time in the waiting area before they started the pre-exam evaluation. Once that was completed, I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. He was professional and made me laugh the whole time I was there. He answered and questions or concerns I had. The only drawback was the price of the glasses. Since my insurance covered the price of the exam but not the glasses I was not able to order my glasses that day due to the amount. But I would definitely go back again. It is not a terrible price just was shocked how much glasses cost these days. Overall a wonderful experience.

I recently received the most extensive exam that I have ever had in my life at Gaddie Eye Center in Carrollton, KY. Each of the staff members with whom I had encounters were all empathic and showed genuine compassion and care during the entirety of the visit. I had previously been popping into the vision centers at Wal-Mart or Sears for the past several years and never received the same treatment. In retrospect, the latter appear to have a burn-em and churn-em philosophy. You will not experience this type of patient-view with Gaddie Eye Center. These folks will be MY eye center from this point forward. I fully endorse them and could offer no better recommendation for your own eye care.

The perfect combination of friendly and professional. At 24 years old, I had never seen an eye doctor before (terrible I know), but the stress and anxiety that comes with the visits had always shied me away. I first scheduled an appointment at Gaddies strictly due to the convenience (I work right up the road), but my future appointments will now be made due to the kind staff and comfortable environment. Every question and concern I had was addressed and taken seriously. I was not only provided thorough explanations, but also explanations and a diagnoses that I could understand. I would recommend, and have recommended, the Carrollton Gaddie Eye Car Center to anyone and everyone.

Great service, forget about price, everyone is expensive, not everyone treats you like a VIP. Staff treated my 10 year old like she was in charge, and respected her wishes. The doc was friendly, and offered suggestions to save me money, instead of trying to sell me on items I did not need...like new glasses!!

Dr. Moats is fantastic. Made the appointment fun and easy for my 11 year old son. Staff very helpful and courteous also. Would recommend this eye doctor to everyone!
