Absolutley CROOKED! 4 out of 4 trips to this medical facility we have been billed almost twice what was quoted and paid after our, supposedly paid in full, visit. 3 with insurance and the last was self pay. The self pay visit i made sure to ask many times, at least 5, if this was our TOTAL ampunt due as we are self pay. She assured me yes and that they dont over charge for things like bandaids and needles. Sure enough, less than an hour after our self pay visit that was paid in full, we get a phone call stating we were to pay an additional $100+ to pay for materials used. I feel like they are taking advantage of people that dont have enough money to fight their crooked was and i will never be back. Please share if you have had a similar experience with floyd medical.

Called ahead to see what doctor was here. My family likes one over the other. They told us on the phone it was the one we favored. Instead when we get here they had lied to us and we end up with the hateful doctor that doesnt do anything treatment wise for anyone except give shots that dont work. Will not use again. You should never lie to your patients!

Ive gone here several times, for my children, and myself. We have come in for urgent care services, scheduled appointments for check ups and primary care needs. Excellent friendly staff, Docs are quick and to the point. Wait times are nonexistent for primary care with appointment, and only a short wait for urgent care. Great facility!

I absolutely love the doctors and nursing staff!! Theyre so friendly and caring. I used to live in Cartersville where other Urgent Cares are located, but I chose the Rockmart location. Love them!
