The front staff are great people to work with and Dr. Msikinya is the best doctor in that office. But there is a nurse there named Sara that should not be working with the public. She is very rude. And does NOT perform her duties in a timely manner. And to be called out on this..likes to turn things around as if it is your fault and lies. Again should NOT be working with the public and supervised when she does. Very unprofessional!!!!

I have had nothing but stellar service at the Rising Sun Medical Center for many years starting with Dr. Scudder, whom I liked very much. I also loved Vanessa. With Dr. Scudder not practicing at RSMC in the same capacity, Dr. Walcott has now been my physician there. Dont have a negative word to say about their service from the front desk, to the nursing staff and the physicians.... Theyve always been very helpful .

the nurses here are flat out disrespectful of people. Just because its a small town doesnt mean you can leverage health care over people.
