My family has been using Vision Services for the past 20 years. Weve purchased eyeglasses, contacts, and had yearly exams. Dr. Christenson is excellent (5 stars), extremely caring, and attentive to patients; however, trying to order prescription glasses can be challenge and half. In addition, there are numerous billing issues on a regular basis. For the first time since I started going there, Im ordering my eye glasses from a different vendor. I feel sad about this, but I dont know what else to do?

Ive been to Dr. Christenson and Dr. Mayo and theyre really thorough and make sure you understand anything you have questions about. Ive gotten contacts and glasses from them all of which are of the greatest quality. The staff if genuine and very friendly. These people are fantastic and they def. have my loyalty.

Ive gone to Dr. Christenson ever since I was in 4th grade, Im 20 now. I love him, he is very nice and thorough. I now live in Big Rapids which is a good 2 hours away from Battle Creek and I make trips down just to continue to go to Dr. C!

This place is a JOKE! Nothing but giving me the run around. ...almost 90 days later I go to see if my glasses are done yet and she said they lost my order. TWO MORE WEEKS she said. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN

Had a wonderful experience at vision services, staff were all polite and doctor did a complete exam, they are all very caring, so glad I went there and my family and I will continue to do so! .
