Very nice, informative, and thourogh. My only issue was being talked down to like I was on welfare until she realized that my insurance was through my job and not through the state. They just have the same blue cross/ blue shield logo..Even if it was so, I work everyday. I should be treated as everyone else is treated.

i love this place so much, they are always really nice and Dr. Coats is amazing, the ladies in the office are always nice and help you with anything you have questions for.
