Would give 0 stars if I could! I currently am very sick and after having a high fever for over 24 hours I started to worry and decided to go to a urgent care. Before I get into this long story I will let it out there that I have top of the line private insurance and have never been denied health care. The lady at the front desk had me sign in and do paperwork she took my insurance card and went "oh Ive never seen any insurance like this" after filling out all the paper work and writing down unnecessary information she went ahead and told me that they wont take my insurance. This is the FIRST and ONLY time I have had this happen to me. They sent me to a work comp ER down the street thinking my insurance was work comp related even though I mentioned it was private multiple times and they couldnt help me either because I have private insurance. Needless to say they have 0 professionalism and understanding they dont like doing their jobs and helping people by dealing with insurance theyd rather charge you $75 per visit when your co-pay is $10. Not a good place to get checked out at!

They dont even deserve one star. I went in for a urine test & was told the wait was 2hrs. Upon me waiting a guy came in 40mins. after me for a urine test. He was called within 30mins of his arrival. I went up to the desk & asked why was he called before me the lady said, "Idk, you can ask the office manager." Well, the office manager was sitting to the left & yelled" he made an appointment". I said " so you mean to tell me that he knew he was going to hurt himself at work & already reserved his urine test"? Once the guy came back out & looked at me I said "did you make an appointment?" He laughed & said "no, I didnt know I was going to be in here today". I then see someone moving the charts around,So I went back up to the window & asked them why are yall moving the charts around & what place am in now. To male a long story short I was finally seen ,but the ppl there are rude, & inconsiderate of ppls time. Lab Corp is a much better professional place.

Very rude staff and unprofessional, they left my drug test sample on the counter opened next to others and didnt ask me to wash my hands prior so that it didnt get contaminated. They didnt follow protocol, hands should have been washed before and after and the sample sealed and bagged immediately after in front of me. Then the nurse practitioner called me fat and felt balls to which I responded very politely if I wanted to be fondled and called fat Id go home to my old lady. Ill go to the one on Fern Valley next time.

The staff and service is excellent except for one physician who is unprofessional and likes to cuss. He ridiculed my walking pace while leading me from behind to get to another department in a place Im unfamiliar with. Pretty much drilled me the whole time I was in his hands. Idk his name but hes an older heavy set guy with black hair. But anyhoo everybody else was really nice! Well done everyone except for that guy!

I had a great experience here. I came at the very end of the day due to having to work and obviously there was a bit of a wait but there were plenty of people in front of me and I was just a walk-in, I felt that they still got me in pretty quickly. Dr. Hoffman was great! His informality and jokes made me very comfortable, I would see him again if it didnt mean I was putting in another workers comp.

My experience was about the same as Arlene Webbs. Went for a urine test, took 1:45 Talked too 3 different people in the office. Nobody cared about how long i was there. The only one that had anything to loose was me just walking out of the place. Piss poor service.

The Physical Therapy department is awesome. Bob was a crucial part of my recovery. Im very impressed with his knowledge and skills. Hannah also did a great job administering therapeutic ultrasound on my injured knee. I would recommend them to anyone.

These people are ridiculous. Iv been here waiting for an hour, and they want to be rude when asking questions. This place is a joke and I have no intentions to ever come back and also I dont recommend this place to anyone!

Takes entirely too long just to get PPD. You should be in and out within 30 minutes and an hour plus.

Dr. Hoffman is a very thorough Dr with great bed side manner. And the staff is very courteous.
