I called in looking for a primary care physician since I dont have one yet in louisville. They asked me what medications I am on, I listed a couple due to a car accident I was in that resulted in me having bulging discs in my neck and back . The first lady said they dont accept patients on controlled substances. I told them yes the doctor prescribed them but I RARELY take them because I dont like taking medication. That lady put me on hold and then another lady who was EXTREMELY RUDE!! came back on the phone you could tell she was not in a good mood and started asking me the same exact questions the other lady did.. I went through the same story with her and she said they dont take patients on controlled substances and I told her also I rarely take them and she sad it doesnt matter if you have taken 1 pill or 5 we will not accept you as a patient here!!! are you kidding me!!! I am not asking them for any medication!!! I just need to establish a primary care doctor! I advise NO ONE waste their time with this place ..If they treat people that have never treated with them this terrible I can only imagine how their actual patients are treated!!

Receptionist Staff must be the rudest, inconsiderate people I have ever encountered. Not just on the phone, but in person as well. Not to mention the fact that most of the staff do not even have degrees. I did not see one RN or LPN in the entire practice. Even worse, I had to demand them to repeat my BP at the end of the visit to avoid falsely elevated BP being charted and reported to my insurance. If it wasnt so difficult to find a reliable physician around here and become an established patient, Id never return. But I just bite my tongue until it bleeds and hope that karma takes care of the rest. Rest assured, I regret ever becoming a patient of theirs.

Love Dr. Langdness! She awesome and listens to everything you say! I cant complain about any of the doctors they are both great! However the reason I didnt give them a five, is because the Receptionist is highly rude it does not matter which of them you talk to they are rude. The ladies that take your vitals are just unpersonable. I would not come back of it wasnt for the doctors. They need to fire pretty much all their supporting staff they belittle over the phone, talk to you like idiots, I hate having to deal with them. But alas I do so because the doctor is great.

I called to make an appointment for my husband and the lady up front got really snooty. I asked if my husband could me seen and she sighed and said, "uhhhh what is going on" and I asked if he could be worked in and she said, "uhhh we do not have an new patients appointments today"! I had been there before and people where really nice the listened to me and took time with me but they did not diagnose me right and had to go to an urgent care the next day. The office needs a better waiting room! To Stuffy!.

Wow!! Dr. Kavorkian is great! It is clear why she has been rated a top doc 3 times. She took so much time with me and listened to me. My situation is very complicated and most docs just look at me like Im a pain after about 10 seconds. But she took the time to read through my rather thick chart and even had questions for me. I have never had a doctor treat me so well. I cant recommend her enough. This is how all doctors should be.

This practice needs to get their policies straight. One person explains it one way and another has their version. Then when you try to resolve it they say you have violated this ambiguous policy and not to come back. On top of that they were so rude about it they had my wife crying. Unacceptable.

Six or more phone calls and 4+ voice mails to the billing department and still yet to speak with any one. Ive never had so much trouble trying to give away my money to pay a bill. Hope they straighten out the billing department, otherwise a decent physicians center.

Dr. Kavorkian is incredible. She is the perfect combination of kind, knowledgeable, funny and brilliant. She has helped me with something as simple as a minor sinus infection to cancer as a young adult. I dont think I could find a better doctor in Kentucky.
