We have been going to Dr.s Lamberson and Mallott for decades. My husband had a detached retina 4 years ago and was referred to Muncie Eye Center by Dr. Lamberson. Now 4 years later my husbands other eye is showing the same symptoms (this is considered an emergency situation). I called Dr. Lamberson on Friday to say my husband needed to be seen, Brenda the receptionist said there were no doctors in and to call Muncie Eye Center, which I did. My husband was treated in Muncie and is fine now. I said all that to say this...All I needed from Dr. Lamberson was a simple call to the Muncie Eye Center to say that they did indeed refer my husband, for insurance purposes. He will not make that call because he didnt see him in the office. Today I went in to the office to talk to Dr. Lamberson personally and ask him for that favor, he told Brenda to tell me he will not call because he didnt see my husband in the office. I hate that I am feeling the need to write this but it was such a small thing for him to do and then when he wouldnt even come out to talk personally I was upset. Dr;s feel like their time is so much more important than ours.
