I have been going to this doctor for years. Its been 2 or 3 years since Ive been in. I called to get an appointment and they had no record of me as a patient. Now, I have been having my mammogram results sent there every year. What do they think when they get them? Also, do you not call people before you decide to destroy their records? Plus, arent they my medical records? Wouldnt you check with a patient before assuming they are no longer coming to your practice? They offered to send me a new patient packet so I can sign up again. First of all, why would I go back there? Second, I still havent gotten the packet. I contacted another doctor and got the packet 2 days later. Needless to say, I dont recommend this practice.

Terrible service. If you go here you can expect to be kept waiting for hours to be seen, and the staff are unhelpful in the extreme. Dont call them and expect to actually speak to anyone unless youre making an appointment, leave a message and youll be kept waiting for days before they bother to help you. Ive been kept waiting for a WEEK for them to fill a prescription that I NEED and have run out of, and when I called them to find out what was going on they hung up on me. I called them again and they wouldnt pick up. Ive been a patient here for years. Extremely disappointed with their service. Im finding a new doctor, dont bother with this place.

I have been a patient for 10 years and things have changed drastically they used to be caring from the time they answered the phone New staff sucks! I will be finding a new Doctor.They answer the phone and talk to you badly because they have to move from the seat they are glued to and ask the Doctor things pertaining to you obviously because you are not there and not paying them for the consultation with Doctor I miss Diana and Shane staff is terrible dont waste your time with this place.

Sad, He is a super good guy but after IU Health moved to town he has gotten very slow seeing patients! An hour wait is common in the waiting room and another hour in the room before you get out. Today 9/6/16 I have waited an hour and a half. Just now got into a room! Not good I think its time to find another doctor.
