I recently had a situation with some contact lenses that could easily have been an "end user" problem. I had purchased some lenses but did not actually tried to use them for several months. When I did, one of my eyes no longer worked well with these lenses with which theyd worked well for several years. Rather than telling me that I had waited too long, they stepped up to make it right. Because the health of my eye came first, they first examined my eye with no charge, since there was nothing like a scratch causing a problem. Then, with no excuses whatsoever, they replaced all of the lenses with lenses that my eye worked with. The manager, Christine never hesitated and Dr. Lalonde got me in to see him quickly with very little delay. Dr. Lalonde has been my families Dr. for well over 20 years. Hes great. Also, I love that they take pictures of the inside of my eye so they can compare them from year to year and only if really necessary do I have to get my eyes dilated!

After being satisfied for over a decade, I will go somewhere else. My wife notified VisionFirst during an examination that she wanted reading glasses and a contact prescription. She wanted a specific type of contacts that were not offered by VisionFirst. All she wanted was the prescription from her examination. After three weeks, they still have not released her prescription. They are too worried about pushing their products versus taking care of a customer.

Incompetent. Go elsewhere. Staff isnt knowledgeable. Not respectful of your time. Just after the sale or the upsell. I hate to say it but if you want quick professional service go to Lensecrafters or someplace like that. These guys are boobs.
