Not real impressed. Thinking I may need to start going to another office. My doctor left the practice, so I was put with an advanced practice registered nurse, which I dont have a problem with, she was very thourough, but I kind of felt like a test dummy. She had a nurse practitioner who was training, who was also thourough, but I felt like she was interrogating me lol. I was trying to give her as much info as I could, but again thats why theyre the medical professionals and Im not. The employee at checkout from what I understand was supposed to print me out some instructions, but she would barely look at me and took my little slip and I was on my merry way. Fortunately, for me I had to go back up there to give them a sample for the lab which they all acted silly about and I had them to print me out my instructions while I was there.

Had a 10:30 appoint this morning to see Dr ryle (took a month just get the appoint. )Let me start by saying that I think Dr ryle is an excellent dr and I have the utmost respect for him. (very thorough and compassionate ). The problem is the wait times. The last time I had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled time and then ended up seeing a med student. This time after waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time I gave up and left so if you have an appointment there you might count on making a day of it. As for me Im thinking I need to find another Drs officce.

I see Dr. Doyle as do my children. We are so glad she is back. She takes her time and is very understanding and takes your feelings into consideration.
