This is one office that I would not recommend any one going into. My brother, Rajesh Nicani has been having serious medical issues since the past 4-5 months and was not able to make it for a couple of appointments. He called the office to schedule an appointment and the office assistant, Kerry was so awfully rude to him. Only a heartless person can talk the way she did. Absolutely inhuman and unacceptable. Since Kerry refused to schedule the appointment, my brother drove 40 mins to go personally apologize to the doctor and get a refil prescription. Kerry didnt bother to let him meet the doctor nor did she give him the prescription for the medications that he is out of. How can some one be so mean and so inconsiderate?? With his medical condition and no prescriptions...........wow, unbelievable. Doctors are supposed to be life savers. How can he be left to die like this. Today when he went to see the doctor he even offered to pay for the visits that he missed, yet he was not attended too. This definitely is a shame to the profession. I think Kerry really needs to get human and the doctor made aware of what is going on in his office. How can somebody be so cruel and refuse a refill prescription?? You dont even treat animals the way Kerry has treated my brother. Disgrace!!

I am very choosy when it comes to physicians. Dr. Combs is my favorite EVER. His staff are wonderful as well. Everyone is friendly and attentive to your needs.
