Every time I come to this place for an appointment I have to wait for at least 2 to 3 hours. There are so many employees standing around while there is a waiting room full of patients. You go into one room get something done then go sit in the waiting room again. Then 20 to 30 minutes later you go into another room. This happens at least 3 times. I understand that there are emergencies but every time? I have only seen one Dr here when I have been here. For the amount of patients there should be a few doctors. Im not impressed with this place at all and would not recommend it to anyone. I didnt want to leave one star but I had to in order for it to post.

My husband has been a patient here for over 5 years. Dr Scripture is great. He performed successful cataract surgery on my husband and mother. Dr Hainline saved the vision in my husbands left eye. Dr Hainline is FANTASTIC. Its true you do go from room to room. Thats because they have a system to maintain consistent treatment. Its true they do have a lot of employees standing around but they have delegated tasks they actually get to finish before assisting the next patient. Dr Hainline runs a tight ship and has a high level of expectation from his employees. Very little wait time.

Pushing unnecessary surgery on people. If your vision is not impared then dont do it! Just because you need one eye done doesnt mean you need the other. Surgery should not be performed unless poor vision affects your daily life. Shame on you for taking advantage of folks who still trust the medical profession 100%.
